Mine was up a little not too long ago for a visit which is unlike me too. I have had low BP as long as I can remember. One exception - dangerous episode following a difficult childbirth - caused a very minor stroke. The only lasting effect was one eye drooped, but within a year. Never had a problem again and it remained low. I look at it like, the lord let me be around long enough to raise my children. That and any extensions are a blessing. I have no fear. I believe with all my heart and soul, God is in control of my life.

I think my recent BP increase was nothing more than shock to my body from having to get off my azz and MOVE away from the computer to get to the visit. Might even be short term withdrawal reaction. On another matter ... I won’t mention any names but; I know my doc is not a psychic and was to discover .. there is a MOLE, a SNITCH in my own home!

I rejected the docs concern and lectured him instead. You people can’t make up your minds. One visit, I have to take it easy. I can’t do this or that. Shouldn’t this or that. Aren’t ready for this or that. ONE elevated BP and you want to order tests or more P.T?! BULLCRAP. I let doc (and the beloved SNITCH) know ever so nicely, I will do as I damn well please! And the body allows. I did promise the doc I would research the net for some chair exercises. :D

The snitch got a ‘personal-n-private’ reminder in the car to never again go behind my back like I am a child. I rarely get really angry but being a sneak around will get me pizzed. This incident was followed with a French Apple pie surprise for dinner that night. I know this was a guilt offering but never said word. I am not one to nag on a subject ... or talk with my mouth full. :p

To be a gal of my word ... All at once now...
Sitting w/back straight against your chair -
Put your arms up over your head and hold for a count of 10. Slowly lower arms to a relaxed position at your sides.. then repeat. Great, you’re looking good! Looking good! Nice job!

Interesting you should ask.

Maybe someone smarter than I can explain ...
FL medical board - Perper lists Washington DC as ‘other states of license’ or whatever the wording it.

If you check DC medical.. he doesn’t show up.

https://ww2.doh.state.fl.us/irm00Profiling/profile.asp?LicId=56425&ProfNBR=1501&Lookup=TRUE

Other State Licensure

This practitioner has indicated the following additional state licensure:

State WASHINGTON, DC
Profession MEDICAL

State PENNSYLVANIA
Profession MEDICAL

And under Optional info tab.. he remembers to list every org or book etc.. but..
Profession:Medical Doctor
Year Began Practicing:Not Provided

AP Exclusive: FBI was told of O.J. Simpson plan in advance
By LINDA DEUTSCH

The Associated Press

LOS ANGELES

Federal agents knew three weeks in advance that O.J. Simpson and a memorabilia dealer planned a sting operation to retrieve personal items Simpson said were stolen from him, according to FBI reports obtained Friday by The Associated Press.

Dealer Thomas Riccio told FBI agents Aug. 21 that Simpson wanted to televise the operation as he confronted a collector who was peddling thousands of pieces of his mementos.

The planned confrontation was described in generic terms with no details on where and when it would go down, who would be involved, or how it would unfold, according to documents.

Riccio told AP that he raised the subject while talking with the FBI about videotapes a doctor wanted to release about breast surgery on Anna Nicole Smith, but agents dismissed his report, telling him “they didn’t want to be involved in another weird celebrity case.”

“They said call the police,” Riccio said, adding he got the run-around when he did.

According to the FBI, Riccio was advised to contact a lawyer before taking any action and was warned that alerting the agency would not absolve him of any potential crime.

FBI spokeswoman Laura Eimiller said Riccio did not indicate a crime would be committed.

“I went along with O.J.’s plan,” Riccio told the AP. “It was a self-organized sting operation. Except for the final result, with him bringing people who had guns. I knew nothing about that.”

Simpson, 60, and five other men were arrested after storming a Las Vegas casino-hotel room Sept. 13 to seize items that were believed to include family photos and the suit Simpson wore the day he was acquitted of murdering his ex-wife and her friend.

Las Vegas Police Detective Andy Caldwell, the investigator handling the case, said Friday the FBI did not alert his department before the confrontation between Simpson and collectors Alfred Beardsley and Bruce Fromong.

“They contacted us afterward and provided us with the documentation,” Caldwell told the AP.

Simpson is charged with an assortment of felonies including armed robbery and kidnapping. Three co-defendants have pleaded guilty to lesser charges and said they would testify against him. A preliminary hearing is scheduled next week in Las Vegas.

The FBI reports, written Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, said Riccio told agents he had been approached by Beardsley, a Simpson memorabilia fanatic, who wanted to sell thousands of items.

When contacted by Riccio, Simpson said his belongings were stolen by his former agent, Mike Gilbert, and others who had worked for him.

“Riccio and Simpson want to do a television broadcast confronting Beardsley regarding the items that were stolen,” one report said. “Simpson wanted Riccio’s assistance in setting up the operation and helping obtain interviews for Simpson through various media outlets after the fact.”

Defense lawyer Mark Geragos, who’s not involved in the case, said the FBI reports help Simpson’s case because they support his contention that he wanted to retrieve his memorabilia,

“For a defendant it doesn’t get better in a state case than this,” Geragos said. “This whole case goes to his state of mind and this is the best evidence you could get.”

But University of Southern California law professor Jean Rosenbluth said the key issue is whether guns and strong-arm tactics were used.

“He’s not being charged with a crime because he asked for his stuff back,” she said.

Riccio, who had previously sold Anna Nicole Smith’s diary, said he spoke with FBI agents about the Smith breast surgery video for about an hour. At the end of that conversation agents gave him about 15 minutes to discuss the Simpson situation.

Riccio said he told law enforcement officers about the plan because Beardsley was selling stolen items.

“The guy flat-out told me he had items stolen from O.J.’s house,” Riccio told the AP. “It’s not, ‘Why did I go to the police,’ it’s why wouldn’t I go to the police?”

After they expressed little interest, Riccio said, he contacted the Los Angeles Police Department, where he said he was switched from department to department before finally being told to file a civil complaint.

“No one seemed to be concerned about it,” Riccio said.

An LAPD spokesman refused to comment on Riccio’s account.

Simpson gave a number of interviews to The AP after Beardsley told police he had been robbed by the former football star and a group of men wielding guns.

Simpson has denied there were any guns involved. He said Riccio set up the meeting and he planned to surprise Beardsley and retrieve his property.

“There was no armed robbery here,” Simpson previously told the AP. “It wasn’t a robbery. They said `Take your stuff and go.’”

Riccio has said the plan unraveled because Simpson brought other men with him. He has subsequently released a tape recording he made of the incident and been granted immunity by prosecutors.

Simpson’s Heisman Trophy and other sports collectibles were seized under court order and auctioned to pay some of the $33.5 million awarded in a wrongful death lawsuit to the estate of his former wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, and the family of Ronald Goldman, the other victim.

AP Special Correspondent Linda Deutsch reported from Los Angeles and writer Ken Ritter reported from Las Vegas. Associated Press reporter Allison Hoffman contributed to this report from San Diego.

LOL Now that’s my kind of exercise. Sorry to hear that you’ve had a stroke. I understand how you feel about a “snitch” in your home. I’m sure they were just concerned for you. I can picture my family doing something like that and I wouldn’t like it one bit. They know I hate going to the doctor. At least you got a French Apple pie out of it (my favorite). I’m like you and I feel that God is taking care of me. I’ve had a lot of prayers answered in my lifetime. I’d say that we both have people in our lives who care about us and we are very fortunate. We can also do leg exercises under our desks as we type. lol

I didn't mean to give the impression that I'm a "church lady". I wish I did qualify as such! I don't do nearly as much as I should or half as much as others....I have committed to helping out one afternoon a week with children. I intended to imply that after that, I was doing the things like bridge and being on the computer.

I do agree with the rest of your post.

Bonnie Stern said she was concerned about her brother immediately following Smith death Feb. 8.

Dannielynn was the one thing that brought him back to life, she said. If it wasn’t for (Dannielynn), I don’t know if my brother would be here today.

Regarding Virgie Arthur, Smith’s estranged mother, Bonnie Stern said, she should return to Texas where she belongs

looking for a direct link to what you asked - in the meantime, here’s a link that references that wormy little biscuiteater LB “knowing” about DANIEL’s drug use:

March 28, 07 - TMZ reports that Howard K. Stern has already challenged the inquest and that he doesn’t think a jury can be used to hear the case. The site also reports that hospital employees will be the first to testify and that Larry Birkhead could testify as early as today.

Apparently, Larry Birkhead, the former lover of Anna Nicole Smith, knew of Daniel Smith’s drug use when he was in California.

He’s also expected to testify that Anna Nicole Smith and Howard K. Stern knew of Daniel’s drug problem

She called me at 8:30 this a.m. A dozen red roses had just arrived.

And she's been lurking around here - I kind of thought she was and that was why I only said "a surprise."

It's been a wonderful day for me - even got my messy closet cleaned.

O.K. "M", we all know you're here.

You said that Stern "called for the children." To old-fashioned me, that doesn't necessarily mean he phoned.

I haven't read Rita's book and don't intend to. The main thing I want to see is that Daniel's inquest is underway - that Howard and Khris are in the hot-seat.

And, I'm waiting to see what former Gov. Brown will do.

If there are leaks, take them with a grain of salt - LE makes a habit of putting out erroneous info, and I've seen some freepers come unglued when they find it was all a lie.

Please see my post #2371 to nature.

I know nothing about where Howard went, or why he stopped making phone calls. p> I tend to believe Taz, at least what she has already stated. She no doubt has withheld some info.

I'd like to know the contents of that baby bottle lying on Anna's hip, even if it was only water. If it has been stated, I missed it.

Um ... would that be chair exercises in your computer chair, or are you willing to move away from it a bit?

This is a great show on PBS, perhaps you have it in your area. There are dvds for sale also.

Great program, I love to watch it. From my rocker.

Hi Lakey, Regarding the Baby Bottle.....
Page 234 Rita’s book, “ The contents of both the baby and the jug were tested and it turned out to be Pedialyte, or oral electrolyte maintenance solution, specially formulated for children with diarrhea and vomiting. Tas said the baby bottle bothered her very much. It wasn’t the contents that troubled her. She believes “the baby bottle was planted ... if Anna was truly just sleeping, it would’ve fallen off the minute she moved because of the strange position it was in. The baby bottle was laying slanted on Anna’s shoulder and neck on top of the covers. “There’s no way she put it there herself.”

This was written about just after Rita told Taz found a $37,000 wire transfer Howard had made on his computer still illuminating on the screen.

according to Wecht, Daniel had first been given antidepressant(s?) 4 to 6 weeks before his death, and, was already, being weaned off them

Anna was shocked at the thought of any drugs - thats how Wecht came on the scene

4 to 6 weeks before his death, would have been late july to early august.

LB ceased all physical contact with ANS & co, late May - and according to LB, daniel was ‘estranged’ from Anna already, (we know that’s not true) so, how would LB know if, or what, drugs Daniel was taking? Did he mention anything about it at all during Opri days? Why didn’t he say anything about it when Daniel was alive? or when Anna was alive?

and why offer this information after both parties were dead? Dead is dead. Did DL need to know? More bad-virgiefamily, good-larryfamily stuff? A favor to HKS? Just seems kinda strange to me - as always, jmo

Thank you! Now that you mention it, I do recall Pedialyte, but not that it was in the baby bottle. I always did think the bottle would have fallen off if Anna was breathing.

That no one noticed if she was breathing bothers me.

At night, when I go to bed, I look to make sure my husband is breathing.

Yes, that's the age we are at.
