Actually, nobody *owns* Anna’s name - it has already been ruled too common to be trademarked.
As far as her likeness, I think it’s going to have to be litigated on a case-by-case basis, as would any questionable use of her name.
P.S. To my post this is attached to ... I’m going to make a wild guess that their “opium beds” are really just a style of cabanas that rent by the hour, without any active hookah-pipes or opium for puffing while reclining within - but I don’t *know* that for a fact.
Saw Rita Cosby at the Washington Press Club's Congressional Dinner. She looked great in black. She was with Miss America Kirsten Haglund. The paperback edition of "Blonde Ambition" will be out in April.
Sorry I can’t find one. Been looking though for ya, dangit. She (Melinda) is always front-n-center on all the E! Bios about ANS. She has long straight blonde hair and kinda chunky and talks with a soft lisp or something like that. Sorry to get off track on finding out who killed ANS and Danny. I just posted the photo because she looked so innocent and quite different from the other ways she looked later on in life. Her original mouth just seems to look so much different!

New Criminal Investigation in Britney Case

Sam LutfiTMZ has learned Sam Lutfi is under investigation by the LAPD for allegedly drugging Britney Spears.
Law enforcement sources tell us the Major Crimes Division of the LAPD is on the case. The conservators have complained that Lutfi drugged Spears as a way of keeping her under his control. We’re told the investigation is very much active.
Lutfi could not be reached for comment, however, Michael Sands, Lutfi’s spokesperson, tells TMZ he is aware of the investigation.

He had a 106-degree fever and lost 20 pounds,” an insider says. During a medical emergency, “Virgie was trying to get him to sign a piece of paper saying if anything happened to him, she wuld get custody. Of course, he said no. It was so rude of her to try to do that when he was so sick.” but an insider close to Virgie says it isn’t so: “All she has ever been interested in is the well-being of her granddaughter. She isn’t interested in the money.”

If by chance that is true then there’s nothing rude about it. Virgie has even stated on Fox that is one of the things she wants because lets face it the longer he is buddies with Stern the shorter his life will probably be....look at Anna and Daniel. I wouldn’t blame Virgie and her ppl for doing it.

I think we’d be shocked and surprised to find out who will get Dannielynn if LB died. LB is Stern’s puppet. He is pulling all of the strings. I don’t think LB has any real hatred of Virgie..it’s all Stern. Stern has got something big of LB and the idiot is a. enjoying the perks and b. too scared to come forward. Virgie gave him a chance and he didn’t take it. I have no use for him now. I just pray that God will touch his heart and he will sever ties with Stern and let Virgie have a chance to be a part of Dannielynn’s life even if it’s supervised visits it would be better than nothing.
does it seem that every time one of the bobsie twins is out scheming to make money off of DL, the stories about Virgie being after money surface to distract attention from all the checkcashing that's really going on?
I bet Larry turned on the same fakeamosttears with the inTouch person, as with Tony Potts, Mark Steines, OK Mag, Ellen Degeneres, et al - so very 'high-school' and unattractive!
There are lawsuits going on all over the place and very little happening...then, there's KE!!

Saw on "48 Hours" a case where a doctor kept his girlfriend drugged in order to abuse and control her. Reminded me of Howie. The doctor was convicted on some drug charges on less evidence than exists against Howie.
Just keeping this thread near the top...Till something interesting emerges...Like something about KE.
There is enough evidence to charge Howie with something.
