Yes, I saw that on Fox, too. It was short. I think the TMZ guy was there, whatever his name is.

A California judge ruled that DL is the beneficiary of AN's estate with Larry and Howard as executors. I think they said Larry was co-executor. Nobody seemed sure of how much her estate is currently worth, but someone commented on the Marshall family offering a settlement.

What I want to know is how Atty Gen'l Brown is coming along on the investigation.

I haven't felt well all week, so take my words with a grain of salt.

The will was poorly written?? It excluded everyone in the Universe as a beneficiary except Daniel.

It's WHY Daniel had to die first...and only 3 days after Dannielynn was born.

THe plot probably was conceived just before they went to the Bahamas...shortly after Larry signed off on the "sperm donor" agreement. (Which remains hidden and probably destroyed.)

It's a secret that Larry will have to carry to his grave....

But finding it would open the door for Virgie and Anna's father and Anna's ex as primary heirs.

I don't know where the statement of the will being "poorly written" came from - a commentator or the judge? Why doesn't anyone ask why wasn't a new will written after Daniel died? They certainly had time.

You're on the right track, IMHO. The Bahamas, as DL's birthplace, was planned in advance. Wouldn't you love to see Howard's computer hard drive?

In a way, this secrecy reminds me of the Elizabeth Smart case. We NEVER heard the 911 call that Ed made, as we often do in other cases. In fact, the police chief Dense said there was an error on the log - mind you, police logs are now computerized and have been for years.

I just had a Birthday on tuesday-64.I see age as rungs on a ladder that we climb to God.I am closer to God every year or you could take my Mom's look and start to count backwards at 60-I am 56:)

Happy belated birthday! You’re just a young chick. Try 75 next month. My best friend of 62 years just turned 75 on Feb 12th, Lincoln’s birthday. I was born on the day he was shot on a street named Lincoln.

Sometimes we got into a little trouble, but I don't recall that we were together at the time. I wasn't with her the night some kids tried to teach her to drive and she side-swiped five parked cars.

I always said that the world is fortunate that she doesn't drive.

My mom got the car stuck it the garage when she was young and went crying to my dad. He laughed.

When I drove with her, I always laid down in the back seat “so I couldn’t see” and prayed.

That's funny and just the opposite of me. My mother did a 360 degree turn in the middle of an icy intersection and I told her, "Oh, do that again!"

My husband warned me to never put a scratch on our new 1956 Ford red and white convertible. One night, he had to move it to allow guests to leave and when he pulled back to the garage, he hit the right side of the garage. Smashed in the right door, which also broke the window - and damaged the door frame and stucco.

One too many beers, and I never let him forget it.

My friend called today and I told her of us chatting about birth dates. For some reason, though, I forgot to tell her that I "ratted" on her hitting all those parked cars.

Not only doesn't she drive, she doesn't "do" computers since she retired. I think she'd have fun but she doesn't want the frustration.
