It should be a simple procedure now to have a dis-barred Stern removed as ‘co-executor’ of Anna’s estate, and lawsuits filed for misappropriation and mismanagement of same by Stern.
Virgie can also decide whether to pursue civil wrongful death lawsuits on behalf of Anna and Daniel against both these scumbags, but at least closure for Virgie can finally begin.
And, hopefully, with these convictions, the Bahamas authorities will have no further legal basis not to immediately release the bodies of Daniel and Anna and end all the cruel and inhuman games that have been played with the bodies of these unfortunate souls who deserve to finally rest in peace.

Only on the minor charges...They got away with it and it was all about money.
I miss them. Maybe HKS will qualify for some other charges. Those pictures of the nude ANS and Dr. E. in the hot tub were disgusting.
The court documents showed that Virgie Arthur sold Daniel Smith's Texas memorial service to ET for around $20,000. She also had an exclusive contract with SPLASH TABLOID AGENCY from 2005. She raked nearly $400,000 from 2005-2009.
Virgie Arthur made Daniel's and Vickie's death a lucrative business which she greedily milked until the last drop. That's why her frivolous defamation lawsuit FAILED.
Talking about greed, nobody comes even close to the creepy, weird-looking Howie and the good-looking but IQ challenged L. Birkhead. Both are sadistic and lacking ethics if even one-tenth of what has been reported is true.
Birkhead and Stern were hanger-ons, Virgie was Anna Nicole’s Mother. Big difference. Bereaved mothers don’t want to make a profit off of a dead children.
BTW, there are no “heroes” in Anna Nicole’s saga of horrors.

Vickie Hogan’s estranged father Donald Hogan died of lung cancer in 2009. He was convicted child molester. Hogan molested Virgie Arthur’s sister aged 13. Virgie Arthur was Vickie’s estranged mother who doesn’t have a legal basis for wrongful death lawsuit.
Arthur lost defamation lawsuit against TMZ, CBS, Stern, Birkhead, et al. because the court found she was not defamed. She had a child with her stepbrother. Arthur admitted in her deposition she had a fake marriage with her first cousin in order to defraud insurance ( because her cousin was gravely ill and had no insurance ). She also admitted she used a belt to beat her daughter Vickie.
O’Quinn’s law firm who represented Arthur will have to pay L.L Wood’s attorney fees which are around $1M.

I know that many Virgie’s fans are disappointed, but she lost defamation lawsuit and has to pay legal fees.
Stern was never married to ANS and in no way could be considered her spouse. Stern is the guy she considered too ugly to be the sperm donor for her child. This reveals Wikipedia contains incorrect information. I am surprised nobody has correct it.
At least one new book is in the works on the deaths of ANS and her son. The authors might want consult this thread.
I saw some of the bathtub photos of ANS and Dr. K. I presume HKS the cameraman took them.
I am trying to recall of a case similar to ANS where the mother (or parents?) were able to sue for wrongful death.
