I can not sleep. So I decided to ask my FRiends who their favorite Simpsons character is. Mine is Mister Burns. He has the best lines and is the most evil.

The Simpsons has sucked since the ‘80s.

It’s nothing but left-wing advocacy now.
Has been for years.
I see the Simpsons as the single greatest Marxist coup in American pop culture.
That’s how they infiltrate society with their message. Package it with low-brow jokes and call it entertainment.
Take your favorite character, for example.
He represents the “rich” and “big business”. As you note, he is evil. He runs a nuclear power plant which pollutes the earth and causes radiation poisoning and mutations.
This is pure left-wing propaganda.
I’m sorry that you don’t even recognize brainwashing when you sit your ass down in front of it every day. It is your lack of insight that is stunning.

I gotta go with Homer, but it’s hard to pick a favorite.

I kinda like the kid that goes “Ha! Ha!” evertime something goes wrong for someone else.

I like Mr. Burns as well, but I am also a fan of Comic Book Guy and Flanders. I love the tongue in cheek portrayal of stereotypes on the show. It sure separates those who take life too seriously from those who can see the foibles in all humanity and laugh at ourselves.

Mr. Burns is my favorite main character, such a hilarious combination of refinement, frailty, and cruelty. I like the more minor characters the best though, such as Snake, with his half Valley Boy/half British accent, or the shyster Lionel Hutz, and the lovebale quack Dr. Nick Riviera.
