Sorry about being gone all day yesterday. I was at the VA hospital where a team of doctors and cardiovascular surgeons were examining my legs and trying to come up with a treatment plan for the circulatory problem I've been fighting for the last several years. The good news is they think they can save my legs! Hurrah!

And I will probably be out most of today too. I'm going back to the VA this morning for some sonogram tests. More on that on another thread later. By the way, I was really impressed with the professionalism, courtesy, concern, care and respect the VA staff gives to our veterans. These people are great!

Praise the Lord! What great news! The healing has begun, thank you Lord! (A little healing secret, Jim) When you have a minute or two, close your eyes and visualize God’s healing golden light swirling through the veins in your legs and wiping out all the bad stuff. Really concentrate on the fact that the power of God is a tangible thing. The human mind is a miracle in itself and can connect with God’s healing power. Healing has begun. Hold that thought.

Hey girl. I don’t get to see you often enough these days. Miss our stimulating conversations, LOL. My life seems to be on overdrive right now. One little granddaughter going to school would relieve some of the pressure. She’s a sweetheart and good as gold, but going on 4 is more speed than I care to go at my age.

Hope you are doing well. My “busy” season is about to begin. Summer tourists you know. I’m a tour guide in my “spare” time. The acting troop that I formed is also gearing up to perform a Melodrama in June. I had to re-write the whole thing. I think it’s ready to go forward now. Begin rehearsals the 28th. I know, I’m crazy. It’s just that life is so full of adventure, I can’t resist doing new things. I jump into things and then wish I had more energy. Not very smart. Miss Em is up from nap time. Got to go pick up the pizzas. Later.

Yep. Hubby’s churches (4) have a “Family Activity Committee” that plans some kind of activity for the families. Tonight is Pizza and Movie. Miss Em’s Momma & Daddy had other plans tonight and so Grammy is baby-sitting. Movie with a little one should be interesting. Gotta run.
