Hottest Female Rockers (Vanity Fun Chat)
Vanity

Posted on 11/13/2008 10:59:32 AM PST by mnehring

..and now for something completely different..
OK, I'm tired of all the woe is me vanities, so I'm posting a thread for fun. Who do you think are the hottest female rockers (rock, not pop), not just in appearance or voice (IMHO, vocals are key here).

She's probably considered more "pop" than "rock", but my vote goes to Lisa Loeb:

Lisa Loeb is kind of folk, but she is a cutie.

Vibeke Stene

I am so happy to see I'm not alone in my musical tastes. Tristania, Within Temptation, Nightwish, Epica.. I love those Northern European Goth bands with hot lead singers.

Classical (Barouque being my favorite genre but like it all), Prog rock, Prog metal, melodic metal (Europeans have the better bands IMOHO), jazz and blues.

I’ve actually been tempted to plan my next Europe trip around a Nightwish or Within Temptation concert. You just don’t see much of those bands around here. My wife is a classical mezzo singer, I’m trying to inspire her to get into this scene.

She’s 43, I don’t think she is bad at all for her age.

She donated iPods to the wounded soldiers at one of the VA hospitals. She leans left but she’s got a good heart!
