First, Donofrio admits that Obama was born in Hawaii.

Second, he tortures the law and the Constitution to come up with the twisted interpretation that Obama wasn't a Naturally born citizen because Obama's FATHER was a British subject.

Third, if the Supreme Court HAD taken the case, then MILLIONS of people born inside the US with one or both parents not being US citizens would no longer be considered US citizens.

The Supreme Court isn't going to waste it's time on such stupidity.

Now, when someone actually appeals to the Supreme Court and questions the LOCATION of Obama's birth, THEN I believe the Supreme Court will hear it.

Obama is NOT a natural-born citizen. His paternal grandmother said he was born in Kenya as well as other relatives. Bill Richardson referred to him as an immigrant. The COLB is fake, and even if it was real, it still would not substitute for an authenticated long-form birth certificate.

It’s like I’ve posted before about the Supreme Court, concerning Obama being a “natural-born Kenyan” and not being qualified as President of the United States. The Supreme Court is not interested in resolving this issue — but — they may resolve it after Obama has served his term in office... LOL..

Absolutely right, and a "CertifiCATION of Live Birth" is not the same as a "CertifiCATE of Live Birth". People born outside of America can get the former, only "Natural Born" persons can get the latter.

IMHO, this was thrown out because it asked SCOTUS to consider another nation’s laws (in this case British Common Law) to have a greater standing over US law when defining a person’s citizenship.

No, they refused to hear the case because they weren't asked to. They were asked to issue a stay while Donofrio preps paperwork (writ of certiorari) actually asking them to hear the case. SCOTUS denied the stay.

I haven't seen so much misinformation about something like this since....Friday.

Turns out President Chester Adams had the same problem: he was born in the USA, but his father was British, and Chester went to great lengths to conceal this fact from public view - at the same time others were passionately pursuing his birth certificate. Question is ... why did Chester Adams go to to such great lengths, including outright forging & altering of documents, to conceal his father's citizenship chronology? ... is Obama, whose father was a British citizen, driven by the same fear? Both seem gravely fearful of being disqualified should the truth come out.

Donofrio’s case had nothing to do if Obama was born in Kenya, at that, it was based on the assumption that he was born in Hawaii. Donofrio’s case questioned if Obama has dual loyality due to the fact that under British Common Law, in which his father was subject, he also retained British citizenship.

This isn’t the case most here are looking for as it doesn’t have a thing to do with authenticating his birth location or certificate.

I am quite aware of that. Before the SC will accept a case, I believe that the authenticity of the Internet COLB must be challenged and the ORIGINAL must be presented as FINAL proof. There is a very good article on what the ramifications of Obama not releasing his BC will be, and it isn't pretty.
