Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter

This being the age of the internet and all, I put the above phrase into a search engine. There were maybe a dozen references to the idea that Judge Carter was going to hear the 0bama case on its merits. All of them were from websites that are not "real" news sites (however you define that - I recognize that the NYT isn't real news either). USA Today had it on their website, but it was obviously posted by someone who was not a USA Today reporter.

What I did find is that there IS a Judge David Carter at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, who served in the Marines. He was appointed by Bill Clinton in 1998. The first ruling cited for him was allowing a Gay and Lesbian club to meet on school premises. I seriously doubt, given that curriculum vitae, that he's going to make Zero show anything other than gratitude.

I found the above information in about three minutes.

Judge Carter is a no non-sense Judge who
is not restrained by the inner circle of
legal politics. The bottomline is, it appears
we get a fair trial.

“thanks FARS!

“I am sure some strategically placed Federal Stimulus money will take care of this judge.”

That or something else like Arkancide or a sudden impulse for the Judge to retire to the Caymans.

Now I don’t know how you’re going to take this:

The LA Times is a big, big newspaper, but I don’t know how reliable it is.

Congress can simply rewrite the law.

No they can’t “simply rewrite” the U. S. Constitution. They must amend it.

Bottomline I think he’s a citizen.

Sigh! Of course he's a citizen.

But, he's not a "natural born" citizen.

If you don’t know who Orly Taitz

Well, I don't know who Orly Taitz is either except that she-apparently it is a she - cannot write an article that conforms to the minima of good journalism. Therefore I would on first blush also agree with post #20. If SHE is not a charlattan then she better learn to start writing like she is not one. You do this by conversing in a professional tone.

You let people know the What Where Who How When. When referring to a legal matter you state the parties, the substantive facts in contest, and cite any relevant available legal documents - the complaint, answer, any briefs that are available.

Otherwise folks like me and RR2 think that the author is just a mountebank and move along, unless we decide to perform a public service and scream a few epithets at the fraudster.

And, there is no reason why a serious person would have known about this case. There has been so much incredible - that means unbelieveable - noise about the Obama Birth Cirtificate, that absent a clear reason to listen, most serious people have move on to other issues, leaving this one to the scandal mongers to keep brewing.

This guy needs 24/7 private protection. Marines out of the service would be good.

I agree...I’m just not going to bother holding my breath...Obama’s political career (longevity) is not worth bubblegum on the bottom of my shoe...

It is an annoyance, but again, if anyone believes this judge is going to nullify the election results, I got some swampland I wanna sell you...

I certainly would welcome the surprise, but Pbama should have been vetted out before the primaries on this one single issue...

But the dunderheads prevailed...Now we got to take away Obama’s tools in the house and senate...At leasst whittle it down some...

The ploy works sometimes. Take a perfectly good word or phrase and out of ignorance accuse the other person of racism.

Remember the poor guy who happened to use the word niggardly. Didn't he lose his job? Similarly, tar-and-feather, was not recognized as pre-Revolutionary War and instead assumed to apply to some apocryphal black torture. Little Black Sambo is no longer about a little boy from India. Lynching and nooses are racist because only blacks were ever hanged.

The rule is: Just make up history and the meaning of words as you go along.

Well, maybe your right on that one. But it sure is fun watching marxist libs go off the deep end. They are such a hair trigger bunch, doesn’t take much to get them riled. When riled, they are of the daily message, so they can’t harm that day. We get a day closer to stopping them, and with some blessings from the Almighty, this thing goes on for a while, causing damage to zer0, stopping marxist health care.

There’s only one reason to spend millions on legal defense of this, and not simply release his COLB. And it ain’t personal privacy.

Interestingly, I observed that Orly's suit was dated Jan 20, 2009 (on inauguration day.)!

The PINO usurper then send a letter to "another" Hawaii hospital of 100-years congratulation, and then state (ordered???) that he was born in that hospital!!

A very clever subliminal message!!!

Why would he need to mention that he WAS born there in a congratulation letter. Is there any connection between the two dates, hmmmm???

She will not be denied the presidency. She thinks she’s entitled to it. Blackmail is nothing for these degenerates....

Absolutely, President Biden picks her for VP, he resigns she becomes Potus.

I found the above information in about three minutes.

Uh huh. Thanks for letting me know how "lazy" I am. And please refer to posts 238, 251, and 291 for the context of my "laziness."

Thanks for the info anyway.
