Here is video of CBS News reporter Jeff Glor in Haiti where he talked with victims and showed some of the hardest hit areas of Port-Au-Prince.
Glor followed a family into their damaged home and while he was talking with her, a tremor took place that sent them all running back out into the street. Glor also shows the scene outside a hospital where many of the wounded are lying in the street with no help.
He then appeared in a live shot with CBS Anchor Katie Couric. Glor continued to talk with Couric standing beside him. Couric never said anything. . . . (VIDEO)

And that’s a bad thing?...
She’s ticked off the guy wouldn’t give her the sat phone.
At one point she reaches over and he just ignored her.
I bet he got reamed for that !

Kinda petty. In all fairness the reporter was on a phone and Couric was not. She had no idea what was being said.
I don’t care for Couric, but it appeared she could not get a word in edgewise.
Not sure why Couric not saying anything is part of the headline. I don’t think she could even here the question being asked as they were coming over his hand held device.
Awwwwwww. Katie was just upset because she had to pack so fast and left her ‘Jimmy Choo’s’ at home. I mean.....that must really suck, huh, Katie? What? No Starbucks in a poor, commie country? Awwwwwwwww.
Guess she won’t be performing her ‘go girl’ while there. Back in the field ya’ go, dahlin’.

I was not attacking Couric at all. I just thought it was odd that the Anchor appeared in the Live Shot but did not say anything. I don’t think she did anything wrong.
No you did not, but I like others expected it to be a shot at her as that is usually the only reason most people post anything about the perpetually perky-one.
After viewing the tape, it seems obvious that she could not say anything because the guy would not give her the phone, even though she asked for it with a hand gesture.
She was probably in shock at what she was seeing around her. Just about anyone would be, I’m sure.
After looking at it again, it does appear she tried to reach for the phone but Glor continued talking and used up the time.
Couric wetting her pants no doubt.
With such a light=weight anchor — no wonder CBS is drifting onto the rocks.
1) This is horrible. The devastation is just awful.It didn't look to me as if she wanted to talk to anyone.2) This is just miserable. There's not even a place to wash my hair.
3) I don't know if we have enough bodyguards for this.
