Surely, you jest.
Do you really think the cost of fabric is any object for the world's top designers? Do you have any idea what they charge their clients for those outfits?
Uh...no. They're not trying to be frugal.
I don't like fat either, but a gal with pronounced curves is very attractive to most guys.
Maronites are fine, but she IS a muezzie, and a terrsymp.
Reduction in one area can create a more pronounced appearance in another. It's not always about more. Sometimes it's about less.
My first wife and I were roughly the same size, with me being about an inch taller than her. We could even swap some of our pants and shirts.
But, she looked like a bombshell movie starlet, while I just looked like an average guy. What made her look so curvy and stacked was the places she had less - not more.
Example #2 "For one, it uses less fabric to make clothing for skinny people than it does for a larger framed person, so it would cost less to make the garment."
As I said, something I read.
Besides which, you don't think that people who charge a lot for their products still don't try to save money? You're sounding like a Liberal now! "They're rich, they don't care what it costs."
Not true. People with means don't get rich by throwing away their money. They're more cautious than those with less.
Trust me. I used to be a waitress and I'd rather wait on a table of dirty construction workers than a table of clean suits any day.
Heh....ok, I quit. I leave you to the theory that models are skinny because fashion designers are trying to save money on fabrics.
It may be ONE reason why they go so overboard, though.
Who said anything about fat chicks? I was talking about well endowed, shapely women, which is what most men are attracted to.
The women in the modeling world tend to be so thin, that they're not attractive, from most men's perspective.
Gay men rule the fashion design world. Beautiful, voluptuous, sexy women are the enemy from their homo perspective. This is why they use women models who are starved looking caricatures of normal females.
These are sick people. Their whole industry is sick, because homos predominate in it.
