Speaking at a press conference at the G20 Summit in Canada today, President Obama lectured everyone about how we need to learn that he does what he says he will do. As part of that, he said he was “calling” the “bluff” of those pushing for deficit reduction. He said he hopes they will “step up” next year when he “presents very difficult choices to the Country.” He did not say what “choices” he is talking about.

Budget cutting won’t be one of the tough choices.
He’s going to try to force a European style Value Added Tax (VAT) by claiming that without it we will have to make massive cuts in Social Security and other entitlements, hence the “difficult choices”. It has already leaked that the VAT is going to be the centerpiece of his hand picked deficit reduction panel.
Obama and Pelosi are arch criminals and shysters.
In 2012 the national debt is estimated to exceed 100% of GDP, up from a low of 30% in 1980.
Debt has only exceeded GDP once before, and that was in WWII when REAL GDP was way lower.
These communists are robbing us blind without facing any consequences.

Here’s a take on it from the perspective of a Canadian who is damn proud of our Conservative leader: Obama had his ass handed to him at the G8/G20 conference, where Stephen Harper prevailed in his call for reduced government spending and no bank tax. Obama sounds like he’s PO’d that he didn’t get his way, so he’s setting it up to fail.

Zero has no plans to cut any funds from his buddies!! Zero plans to give roughly $200 million to Hamas as “a down payment on the US commitment to Gaza, The Palestinians deserve a chance to take part in building a viable, independent state of Palestine, together with those who live in the West Bank.”
Just think of that paragraph’s implications: a “down payment” on a “US commitment,” that is, not an act of generosity for which the US must get something in return. Rather, the phrasing makes it seem the US owes them the money.

Weird, but all I can think of is, "money is the root of all evil" and "the meek shall inherit the earth". I'm paraphrasing the scriptures and must go look up the correct wording. I really want to shut my eyes, ears, and pretend I'm not in this world that's being created.
