They're back! (Beavis and Butt-head New Episodes)
New York Post ^ | July 15, 2010 | Michael Starr

'Beavis and Butt-head" -- the show that celebrated the slacker way of life and helped make MTV into a network that did more than just play music videos -- is coming back.

The move to resurrect the hugely popular 1990s animated anti-heroes has been rumored for several days. But yesterday, sources at MTV confirmed that a new batch of "Beavis and Butt-head" episodes are in the works.

The new series would keep Beavis and Butt-head in their perpetual high-school state, but it would be updated so that the pals -- who obsessively watch music videos on a battered TV set -- could lob their snarky comments at more current targets like Lady Gaga.

Judge is doing great. I can't image he gives a rat's patootie about MTV these days. He hit the motherlode with King of the Hill on Fox.

I like to watch Snookie sometimes. She’s the only character of theirs I’ve found remotely interesting in a long time,

Oh wonderful.

Another cartoon-show my husband will watch (he loved it, I found out too late), which is totally inappropriate for a 2yo but sucks him into it, anyway.

I had to do a search on that to see who / what you are talking about! I’ve never seen it. I did say above I hadn’t turned on MTV in years! :)

Oh, I’m being silly. Jersey Shore was on at a friend’s house, and I had heard all the hype, so I watched a little. Snookie IS sort of cute in a very VERY trashy New Jersey way, although she is actually from New York. Her real name is Nicole. She got famous by getting punched in a bar in one of the first episodes.
