Trigger's enormous weight means he could potentially make 7,665 Big Macs or even 6,137 Burger King WhoppersThat is a lot of beef from just one cow! Could you imagine the size of its tenderloins?

Dayum. I once had a cow "give me the shoulder" as I was carrying a bale of straw. Knocked it right out of my hands. I picked it up, and she came at me again. She just wanted to play.
So I think, "ok, the bale is just a blocking dummy anyway." I used to play rugby.
I was completely aware that the cow enjoyed a 1000+ lb. advantage, but I forgot to consider that she has four legs (and the leverage that entails).
Long story short, no injuries . . . but I would certainly not recommend playing rugby with the cow in THIS photo.

When I was a boy they told me that if you threw a calf down everyday, you could still do it when they grew to adulthood. We had a bullock born which was a Jersey/Hereford cross. It was late in the summer, so we decided to wait until the following spring to turn him into a steer, when we did all the others.
It was my job to hold them down while my brother extracted the Rocky Mountain oysters. So I figured this calf would be a good change to test the theory. It worked fine until one day in late October when I couldn't throw him. We decided then and there that turning him into a steer couldn't wait until spring. It took my Dad, brother and I to throw him and two of us to hold him down while my brother extracted his manhood.

Holsteins and Jersey bulls are the most unpredictable bulls I’ve yet encountered. You couldn’t pay me to be that close to the SOB. One day, the owners will get a very nasty surprise when Mr. Trigger there gets a scent of a female on the wind...

Considering the location of her belt, she may feel compelled to maintain a rather unbending posture.
