US President Barack Obama is in the doghouse with canines and canine-lovers everywhere. Obama recently called Philadelphia Eagles owner Jeffery Lurie. In the call, Obama praised Lurie for hiring animal abuser Michael Vick.

The nuts on the left may voice their displeasure but they are lock step with Der Fuhrer.... He has done a couple of things that should have them going bonkers but he is being hailed as a great leader and mediator by the professional left and the media because of getting DADT and START... the TAX cut deal he cut with the GOP should have earned him a DINO mark and drumming from the progressive wing but his polls have all gone up not down.... So this is all just noise from his base they are going to allow him to go as far as he needs to because they are convinced that he will get them the socialism they want..... bottom line when Bush screwed up his polls suffered dramatically because the Conservatives went after him and meant it not like these all talk idiot liberals who thrive on power and politics regardless of principle.
A lot of them are disgusted because O called the team owner and said right on dude..
The main discussion, he has been forgiven lets move on and yes they are posting pics of the dogs which inflames them more.
After he got elected and did not create utopia he fell out of favor...

The pictures of the dogs and the conditions they were in are beyond disgusting. That man should never, NEVER be allowed near an animal again as long as he lives.
Unless it’s a wild bear or tiger in the woods and him with no weapons.
PETA has already forgiven him, you know that org that wants to save all animals except for the ones that they kill...

I don’t know the man nor much of the circumstances, but as a question of FAIRNESSm, how many young kids are now in kiddie jail because the “experts” determined that animal cruelty was an “indicator” of psychological instability?
It also occurs to me (I don’t have any experience or knowledge about this) that somebody may have fighting dogs without torturing them. Is it plausible that anyone could threaten the dog before a fight by saying “If you don’t win, I’m going to torture you to death?” and expect that will matter? It’s not the fighting that bothers me so much as the unspeakable treatment to the dogs who didn’t win.
Obama picks a black dog killer to heap praise. Well good for him. The Eagles got their ass handed to them tonight.
Says it all.
