I did notice that looking at the USGS site earlier. It seems these will affect mining in the area more than anything else.

There appears to be a fault line running between Summerlin and North Las Vegas. Those two communities do seem continents apart.

I got it and I LOL’d. I’m sorry you couldn’t hear me.

Getting near to some volcanic areas around Mono Lake. Could be magma movement.

Very well could be. We had that big 6.3 quake in Chalfant Valley just south of there back in 1986. It was quite a shaker.

Making cracks on an earthquake thread?
Trying to make people shake with laughter?
I tremble at the thought.

These are minor quakes, no larger than 4.3. Hawthorne depot is not in danger, nor is any mining by this swarm.

How far is this from that region in NEV not that long ago (year or 3?)
where there were quakes on a grid—at most of—at least half of the intersecting points on a grid???
FAIT ZONG QI GUAI—MOST STRANGE.

Where was that area with the quakes on a grid?
I saw the USGS page documenting that, myself.
They weren’t big quakes but they were definitely on a grid.

About as much as I can recall.
