In my opinion this site is much less active than it was in the early days.

During the Clinton era, this site was a major thorn in the Clinton's butt. We were taking out full page ads during the early days of impeachment. We did stuff to combat what we were seeing. In hindsight the Clinton's weren't that bad, in comparison.

Should we be doing more?

I remember Captain America and the traveling billboard that was used to embarass Clinton. I’d like to see more billboards. So how do we collect the money for those?

Do not ever change the style. Please. It’s lean and mean and perfect for smart phone viewing.

Hannity doesn’t like this place because people here call him stupid.

I don’t blame his attitude because it takes ALL KINDS in this fight to restore our country to its (conservative) Constitutional principles, and Hannity is a hard worker for the cause. Is he perfect? No. Is anyone? But he is one of the few ideological conservatives - for real - on the telly! He deserves far more credit than he gets on this site.

That’s interesting. I left Hannity’s forum to come here...it was too politically PC and heavily moderated.

Democrat degenerates he called "my good friend".

Yes. He admitted (on the radio) the other night that he'd had Bob Beckel over to his house recently. I wouldnt have Bob Beckel over to my house if somebody paid me a million $$$. Well, maybe for a milion $$$, but I'd have to hire a sanitizing crew to clean out the place afterward.

I will get quite involved in her campaign in Maine.

about.com is an Establishment website. There’s too many folks rooting for Sarah and Cain on FR for them to handle. Tough, she is side by side with Cain in my book.

The personal attacks by fellow FReepers are definitely a problem. It turns off quite a few. I’ve invited several conservative friends to the site who enjoy it for a few days before they stumble upon a knock-down, drag-out among a few FReepers and decide it isn’t worth reading through that stuff to get to the insightful commentary.

The mods have so many theads to review and they aren’t babysitters either, so sometimes personal attacks go unrestrained. It’s up to FReepers whether or not we want to increase the number of site members and therefore our activism and political influence.

The top two complaints I’ve received from conservative friends who’ve looked at FR and decided against it were a) people trashing conservative media pundits who are generally share our views and b) birthers yelling “Obot troll” at anyone who disagrees with them.

It seems more and more like a game with Hannity. If these people are his “friends” then he isn't serious about the dangers this country now faces and the people who have facilitated the march toward destruction.

There were so many freepers in those days that FreeRepublic often broke news. Do you remember the day that a freeper said he saw the shuttle over California and that it looked like it was breaking up on re-entry 10 minutes or more before the MSM news reported it! That’s just one example. There are many more.

I have often said, that was the day that the left declared war on America. They became emboldened when he got away scott free with what he and his alinskyite wife did to this country.

Just to think, ole Al could have had it all that day. Was probably promised 2000 in the bag with FL to sit and stand by. They forgot one thing though....the good people of TN.

God is good, and He will not abandon His people now either. In the meantime, His people need to be showing the way to Him to those who have been duped into following earthly gods.

And the posters here who identified Bin Ladin as the force behind the planes flying into the Twin Towers within an hour of the incident?

..including bringing trolls out of the woodwork.

What puzzles me is that it appears some of those who try to openly stir up trouble among us here have old membership dates.

Don't think they can do it here, but on other sites the Obots have a way of messing with the databases. I saw that first hand on Twitter during the Iran Election phase of that. I watched them remove all traces of some of my tweets. Dems are dummies when it comes to philosopy and ethics, but some are very technically savy.
