On June 28, A Longtime FReeper, midcop402, posted a thread 'My father is Missing' seeking information regarding his dad, Seth Charles Thompson.
Tonite, fellow FReeper, BykrBayb, pinged many of us to let us know that Mr. Thompson's body was found last nite, 07/16.
Please, hold this FReeper and his family in your prayers.

How awful, my prayers to him and his family.

May God grant you and your family strength and peace of mind to deal with this awful tragedy. I pray that justice can be served on those responsible for your father’s death. You are in my prayers, and may your father rest in peace.

Lord, we ask you would be ever so close to midcops heart..and mind...as he carries the grief of his loss. Grant Him your strength to take care of matters at hand when there seems not to be any, keep his mind clear though his heart hangs low, and give him rest in between so that he may walk the walk before him now. May your very presence be known by him and your loving arm carry this grief with him...so that he knows he is not alone.
We ask this in the name of your son Jesus....who bore all our grief and sorrow so that the sting of death would be no more. Amen
Don’t suppose, take it to heart. There is NO other rational answer.
I think you are right. To many people open themselves up for it and don’t even realize they’ve done it. Also just plan sin, although I do think quite often when it’s extreme it’s demonic. Sin starts in the thoughts, that’s why Jesus told us to take captive ever thought to the obedience of Christ.

OMG this is horrifically sad. Prayers, thoughts and anything else in the way of comfort being sent.
Our prayers for his family. My cousin was murdered a few years back. Besides the horror of loosing a loved one, there’s the knowledge it was done at the hands of another human being. It’s unfathomable how something like this can happen.
PS: I did not mean to imply that ALL evil behavior is a result of demon possession—by not means! But, the fact is that demon possession is barely acknowledged in our world today, despite being extremely prevalent, and demon possessed people tend to do the most terrible things imaginable.
Regardless, all people, whether they are demon possessed or not, are responsible for their own behavior.
