I believe that the ruling class politicians see Palin as a real threat to their status quo, and her postponement of announcing her candidacy as a hindrance to their stopping her.
One way to force her hand earlier than she intends is to move up the primaries.
Anybody else see a pattern here?

The primaries are being moved up because every state wants their primary to be important. Iowa and New Hampshire thinks they have the right to be the first so once another state threatens their position, they threaten to have theirs earlier still. I doubt Palin is influencing any of it.
And the press is doing it’s best to create Palin fatigue by hammering “will she/won’t she”.

She throws hints around quite frequently. If she said nothing the press would have nothing to report. But she’s the one that fuels the conversation by, for example, talking as she did on Greta’s show recently.
I can only conclude that, for reasons that will become clear at some future point, Sarah wants the speculation to continue apace.

Number one, it means she is not being honest about being undecided even so late in the game about whether she intends to be a candidate. Number two, you literally have no choice but to despise the woman if she chooses not to run because by your own logic it means she has lied to you.

A lot of conservatives are souring on Palin, not only because the path she has chosen from quitting her job as Governor to doing fluff RealityTV is frivolous and everything a serious conservative leader should avoid, but also because her fanatical supporters are obnoxious, unreasonable and treat Palin as some infallible, modern day political messiah - the cult of 'Sarah can do no wrong and any criticism of her is blasphemy'.
And the press hammers it for DAYS when THEY asked. AGAIN. She'll announce a decision when SHE'S ready.

I like Sarah Palin, but I sure understand what people mean when they say some of her supporters are a huge turnoff.
