A friend of mine sent me an email about a chemical being used every where we go. It's called dihydrogen monoxide. He said it does a lot of nasty things to people. Some of them are:
it causes excessive sweating and vomiting
it's a major component in acid rain
it can cause severe burns in its gaseous state
accidental inhalation of this can kill you
it contributes to erosion
it decreases effectiveness of automobile brakes
it has been found in tumors of terminal cancer patients
Some years ago I wrote a letter to my Congresscritter aabout the “dangers of H2O. I gussied it up pretty well, dropped it in the mail and forgot about it. About six months later, I got a call from his office, a very irate-sounding voice asking, “Are you trying to make the Congressman look like a fool?” Those people have no sense of humor.

Hey Stupid; Your not supposed to inhale WATER.
Mixed in proper proportions with Scotch Whiskey I would recommend it as a medicinal concoction, good for what ails you.
1 part dihydrogen monoxide to 4 parts Scotch Whiskey seems to work pretty well, and it kills the fishy taste.
Just don’t use the good single malt stuff, that should be taken straight at room temperature for the best results.
OH MY GOD!! I am gonna CROAK; call the gubmint, it’s not my fault, I didn’t know, sue somebody, call the EPA. Tell OBOZO to SAAAAAVE me.
That stuff is lame.
Just wait until you get some hydrogen hydroxide!
LOL. Don’t we have enough regulations already?
I heard the same combination ended the OWS occupations.
Dude: Dihydrogen Monoxide = H2O.
LOL
This is HUGH and SERIES!
This revalation has completely Stunned my Beeber.
My spork-weasel has been completely transmogrified.
OH the Hugh-Manatee!
Yeah, it’s a lame old joke, but substitute CO2 for H2O, and get AlGore to hype it, and you’ll get whole governments to start treating it like a pollutant.
