You will get some arguments here, but you are right.
Santorum hasn’t got a snowballs chance in hell of winning the nomination. Plus—he has to know it, he isn’t stupid.
Right now whether he likes it or not he is helping Romney.
He has to know that too.
I don’t expect mush else out of Paul, he is just a crazy old coot who runs every year and will probably run third party . But if Santorum is a Reublican who wants to see Obama beaten he needs to hang it up this year and endorse Newt Gingrich.

Well if that is true, then Ricks 12% moved over to Newt should show him winning in FL.
Name any major accomplishment of Newt's from the time he left Congress until he decided to run for President that benefited conservatism. Hint: supporting the global warming scam, shilling for Medicare D and supporting individual mandates aren't supporting conservatism.

My thoughts, too. Santorum and Perry are genuine winners vs. Obama. I like Santorum.
I do not feel that way about Gingrich or Romney because they are too inconsistent, mealy mouthed, and on the wrong side of important conservative issues.

I am enraged at Rick Santorum right now. I was already getting there, but the very idea that this man has a child who could possibly, G-d forbid, die at any moment and nearly did over the weekend, is being touted as the ‘reason’ santorum is running for office during a live appearance on o’reilly tonight galls me no end. That they take this child on the campaign trail knowing that any illness, no matter how minor, could kill her is abuse. AND the fact that his other young children are stuck with caregivers while their parents campaign for an office he has no prayer of winning is the epitome of selfishness the likes of which I have never seen.
Can someone answer one question? What did Senator Santorum ever accomplish during his career?
Santorum backed Spector in '04, while he was still Senator. Rick backed Toomey in '10.
This post isn’t really worthy of a reply but I will atempt to do so. As someone who has a family member that has a lifechanging illness, you realize that you do need to live life. You become adept at dealing with crisis and managing difficult situations. You have compassion for those dealing with similar issues. You treasure life and understand how precious it is. It makes you stronger. It makes you trust God more.
Regarding the rant about child abuse, I would hazard a guess that the Santorum family cares more for their child than you would ever understand. Your post is ignorant at best.
