“Bush’s fault. George Bush don’t care about no black people
“——

I wonder will the taxpayers be stuck with the bill like they were over the media hype of Michael Jackson?

And yes 20 years ago she could sing. But that was 20 years ago. Recently she couldn’t sing, couldn’t hardly walk, definitely gained weight, wrinkled and just looked like an Eric Holder type of people. Just last night reports were out of her being ‘disheveled and scratches on her wrist and blood running down her leg’...nah nevermind this is the age of Obama, it will be pictures of her when she was young, and endless days of hearing songs of 20 years ago, etc etc etc. and the Eric Holder people will all get together and remember she belonged to them? (like they did Michael Jackson)

"Thanks. In school I always got into trouble for smarting off. Here on FR it’s much more rewarding, LOL."

Well.. I for one don't find your humor at someone passing terrible amusing.

Never heard of her. Was she as good as Dusty Springfield, or Marti Jones?

I’m sure the MSM and the Baraqqis will declare her a saint shortly. Perhaps that will make you feel better.

Found in Beverly Hills Hilton ( I heard Ray J found her - he of the “video” with Kim Kardashian)
http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2012/02/whitney-houston-died-beverly-hills.html

Authorities are trying to determine a cause of death. [Updated at 5:46 p.m.: She was found in the Beverly Hilton Hotel, where emergency medical personnel were called sometime Saturday, said the sources, who asked to remain anonymous because the investigation is ongoing.]

She was beautiful and very talented, but unfortunately abused drugs, and allowed abusive people into her life.
The combination ruined all her successes, both personally and professionally.

I had hoped she would be able to recover, and start again.
I truly enjoyed her singing.

I will pray that she now rests in peace.

"I’m sure the MSM and the Baraqqis will declare her a saint shortly." It's not about her, it's about the voice and what that gift stood for stood.

We are all fallen..but God gave Whitney a once in a life time jewel that no one can take away...not even you and your sourness.

She sang about love....not dirty politics or drugs..but love.

Sad news. So sad it surely deserves more than just five concurrent threads on FR, Shirley. Com’on people, more threads, please!

What you said makes no sense. Something can’t already be happening 1,000 times more than it is currently happening. Legalizing behavior will make it MORE COMMON. It’s been shown time and time again that government incentives and disincentives have a direct effect on the behavior of the population.

Whitney, you had a beautiful voice. I am so sorry it is silenced now. May those that stole your spirit for life answer for it. May God have mercy on your soul.

RIP Whitney Houston
