The idiots in the Republican Party who voted for Mittens. They apparently discounted his “executive” experience as Governor of Massghanistan and have forgotten that the worst presidents in my lifetime—Carter and Clinton—were outsiders (meaning they never served in any capacity within the federal government before.) I would also add Obama to my list of worst presidents of my lifetime noting that while he was elected to the U.S. Senate, I have had trouble finding real evidence that he served there.

LOL! What makes you think they are conservatives? He isn't even one with his record. He draws only those who can be fooled - they listen but don't check his record to see who he really is.

OR remember he campaigned for the ONLY candidate in '08 who was PRO ABORTION and anti traditional marriage, homo supporter Mitt. Campaigning trying to convince voters Mitt's the man.

The rank and file Republicans

You can blame the Newt, Rick, the establishment all you want but the fact that there are so many Republican Primary voters stupid enough to vote for Romney shows that the Democrats and Independents don't have a monopoly on idiocy.

Just take this famous internet post

“The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Presidency. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man for their president.

“The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails America . Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince.

“The Republic can survive a Barack Obama, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.”

And modify it to

“The danger to America is not Mitt Romney but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the Republican nomination. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of an Mitt Romney nomination than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to a depraved electorate willing to nominate such a man to run for their president.

“The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Romney, who is a mere symptom of what ails America. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince.

“Republicans can survive a Mitt Romney who is, after all, merely a fool. They are less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their nominee.”

And you see how this country is truely F()@#!&$

I blame his supporters that give him ANY credence. He’s no damn conservative - HE IS THE ENEMY!!

And also blame Rove, Coulter, Drudge, Faux...., who is brainwashing the right to believe the lie that only romney can win. I think he and paul are the only ones that CAN”T win.

I don’t think anyone should drop out. I want to hear ALL their ideas, because that means more voters than just Republicans are hearing them. The more conservative notions are given publicity, the better for the country.

You do know this will be our last shot at saving our country, don't you? Do you honestly think we'll be able to turn back once obama and the radicals have full control in a nothing-to-lose second term? We can hold Romney's feet to the fire but obama will be unstoppable. His first term is Exhibit A. Sorry, but I don't hate Romney enough to throw away my grandchildren’s futures.

I don't hate Romney, but I do see he is no different than Obama with his documented lies, cheating and destroying good people to get power for himself. If you want to see what the leaders of his own state (attorney general...religious leaders said he DID after he said he was against gay marriage & abortion, let me know, you can read it for yourself.)

I WILL NEVER vote for romney or paul. I don't think romney will make it, but I could be wrong. If the gop doesn't see that soon, then we will KNOW they don't care about getting the white house, just power for themselves.

I'd rather a democrats be the destroyer of this country, than a republican, and romney WILL be.

A conservative third party (C) will bring the base and those who want to rid themselves of everything that has been wrong with politics for a long time.

It is what it is. I’m praing fro santorum, but if Mitt is the nominee, then so be it. I will vote for a pet rock and do all I can to elect a pet rock rather than let obama get 4 more years.
As plain as the nose on anyones face is the pure idiocy of “sitting this one out” and letting obama win.

I do not think Santorum can beat 0bama. Romney has slight chance of beating 0bama. Still hoping for Newt to come through here.

I am afraid the country is beyond saving at this point, politically and economically.
The country’s fate was determined in November 1932 and we have been on the downward slope to Socialism since then.
Exactly what have the Republicans done to stop any of this, what legislation have they repealed, where is the leadership to tell the people the real truth?
It isn’t there. Reagan slowed the train down a bit, but that was all he could do.
We are on the road to European style bankrupt Socialism, I doubt nothing can really stop it at this point.
The reality is that either a economic collapse of a default on the debt is coming at some point.
Maybe then of we have to start over we can make things right.

COMPROMISE our values? The GOP and their hit people in the media have decided romney is THEIR choice and if anyone goes against them, they will be destroyed. They cheated Rick Santorum out of his momentum and only gave him Iowa after a caucus worker went to the media and told them romney only had 2 votes in that county not 22. Now they expect us to believe 8 counties “lost” all their ballots and they still don't know who won them. I'm sure they will turn up when romney needs them to win.

They pushed mccain on us last time and the only reason many people voted for him was because of Sarah. So this is our future with the RNC, we COMPROMISE and give them what THEY want and vote for THEIR nominee, then they throw us a bone by giving us a conservative VP, probably Ron Pauls son who we'll find out is more like his father than we thought. We keep moving left with the nominees as we watch leftist countries like Greece self-destruct? Who will they give us in 2016? We'll probably be so far left that Nancy Pelosi will volunteer. I'm not moving left. Over 50% of the people are pro-life and 80%+ is against partial birth abortion and I think only obama and a few crazies agree that killing a baby after it is born is ok. Over 80% of the US are Christian or Catholic. We should not have to defend ourselves, but our leaders have been so spineless that they think they have to COMPROMISE and be more like the left, rather than showing the country, it is the left that is cruel, heartless, out of touch with the average person.

This clown has rarely or NEVER mentioned the Declaration of Independence, founding fathers or Constitution in this primary, until recently.

There are videos all over the net that prove you wrong.

Florida deserves to be on that list, for moving the whole process up a month!

And sadly, another illustrious name deserves to be on it. Divisions within the RINO side, and the Conservative side, of the GOP weaken each compared to the other side. This campaign, as in 2000, the RINOs settled early, even before most thought things were started, behind one candidate and his money. Their announced token alternatives, TPaw and Huntsman, were discarded early on and their unannounced alternatives, Christy, Daniels and Trump settled for media slurpies. The Conservatives also thought they'd settled on one candidate early, only to fall into a belated free for all when SHE turned into Wasill-a'-the-wisp. Had SHE explicitly run, or not run, six months earlier, more of the vetting and thinning of the Conservative field would have happened in time for an actually united Conservative wing to face the united RINO wing at the start of the actual vote counting. Instead I, and many others, after a wisp and a bimbo, found ourselves a month from voting without a candidate. Instead of eagerly awaiting the coming of Ain't Mitt we were left fighting over an indigestible Christmas fruitcake of 'conservative' candidates while the RINOs opened their presents. And SHE's still pushing fruitcake even though her pile was only 1/7th of the crumbs in her own state.

If I were you I’d blame Foxney News and all their “fair and balanced” news pundits. Lets start with Meghan Kelly, Brit Hume, Tokyo Rove, Bill Cristol and Krauthammer. Then you can move on to the GOP establishment who circles the wagons for Mitt on a daily basis. These are the culprits who will give us Myth as a presidential candidate. God help us all.

jersey117:

If and when Romney, the serial liar exceeding all others in GOP POTUS campaign history, is rewarded for his obscenely funded elitist campaign of spending at a rate of 65:1 on advertising that is nothing less than a non-stop dishonest character assassination of the actual Republicans (actual conservatives) in the race, namely Santorum and Gingrich, by being nominated by a "Stepford" imitation of a GOP convention, NOTHING will change except who reaps the obscene profits. Either Obamney or Romama will be elected and:

1. Guns will still be grabbed;

2. Enemies of Western Civilization and of the Constitution will still be appointed to each and every SCOTUS and other fedcourt vacancy. We will have nervous breakdowns every time Antonin Scalia has an upset stomach;

3. The American Holocaust of unborn babies (50+ million and counting) will continue unabated if the White House of either has anything to say about it;

4. Neither of them will have had a moment of military experience or any known sympathy for the military, for major weapons systems, or for anything pro-military beyond the obligatory, usually superficial and phony "Thank you very much for your service." Apparently, there have been Romney ancestors and/or Mittens in the USA for about 170 years without a single Romney serving in the US military even in peacetime much less during the Mexican War, the War Between the States, the Spanish-American War, WWI, WWII, Korean War, Vietnam War, Gulf War I, Iraq War, Afghan War and a variety of smaller wars;

5. Neither of them will meaningfully cut federal spending or reign in the utterly swollen federal bureaucracy run amok;

6. Neither will reduce the national debt. Both will continue to escalate that accumulate debt;

7. Each can be counted on to approve continued bailouts of Wall Street big shots such as TARP, Government Motors, etc.;

8. Neither will step on the necks of the environmentalist nutcases in order to drill (ANWR, Gulf of Mexico, North Dakota, Pennsylvania/Ohio, etc.) here and drill now and reserve the oil and natural gas to American consumers and instantaneously approve the Keystone pipeline to slash the cost of energy to depression ridden Americans;

9. Neither will use central government power to put a firm and final stop to the despicable exercise in make-believe "marriage" among rump-rangers;

10. Neither will refrain from using central government power and money to destroy the viability of the GOP as at least a potential party of conservative ideas and principles. On this particular issue, Romney would be worse than Obozo;

Rather than belabor the point further, I say that Romney is Obozo in whiteface; that those who ooh and aah over Romney's business background ought to remember that Bill Gates, Warren Buffett and George Soros are all far more successful businessmen and also totally unqualified (from a conservative perspective) to be POTUS. Our senators generally too gutless and too spineless to hold Obozo's feet to the fire much less Romney's. Bush the Younger was stopped on the crony appointment of Harriet Myers to SCOTUS BUT bear in mind that Dubya's heart was generally in the right place and he probably did not realize her unacceptability. A man who vetoed no bills in eight years would not fight us. Romney who imagines himself a master of the universe is an entirely different story and, backed by every corrupt dollar in America, he will NOT cave to us.

You apparently don't understand the Mittwit well enough to AVOID throwing away your grandchildren's futures.

If you want America and your grandchildren to have a future, see to it that Romney and his corrupt cronies do NOT succeed and that they have no political future.
