I had a concussion in July of last year, and still have bouts of vertigo when I lie down. This was (is) arthritis from whiplash in two car accidents. I used lots of Motrin and moist heat and it feels better today.

However, I will see about some steroids the next time I see the doctor.

As for “nauseating,” I don’t want to go there. I spent 24 hours in July wishing I had a bath tub full of alum.
