If you live in a state like California or New York or Utah, one that will either certainly go for Obama or will certainly go for the Republican nominee, then it's fine to vote third party. If you're in a state that could go either way, it's important to remember the consequences of four more years of Obama.
Buchanan supporters in Florida in 2000 very nearly gave us Al Gore as President.
Why dont you run as a Republican, maybe for Congress, and try to change the party and bring it more conservative? That would be much more effective than running in a party no one knows about.
