The brain trust at the California Department of Fish and Game, having solved all other problems, moved in and confiscated a stuffed wolverine and red-tailed hawk from a bar, some fifty years after they’d been put on display. Zero tolerance is a wonderful replacement for common sense, and in that bastion of liberalism that is California, it is clear that you can have any kind of sense you want – as long as it isn’t common.

People are being >driven out of California by the ‘policies&taxes of the Democrat controlled government. The Democrat Politicians want >political power & not prosperity for the people of California.
Driving the political opposition out of a country, state or city is just part of ‘solidifying your political base.’
It’s not a new idea.

As the animals were mounted fifty years ago, before the law under which the Possum Police justified confiscation, what occurred is a violation of the Constitution’s section 10.

“No state shall pass an ex post facto law...

However, in California the Constitution ‘evolves’ in bursts of ‘punctuated evolution’ as needed by the nice Uber Menschen in their spiffy jackboots.

"It’s time to stop subsidizing these turkeys."

It is time to start prosecuting these turkeys for killing protected species and lying to us about the true costs (social and economic)of wind farms. Where are Judicial Watch etc. when you need them? We should make their costs necessarily skyrocket and cause them to go bankrupt.

"“No state shall pass an ex post facto law..."

Is it a 'law' or an EPA 'rule'.

"“No state shall pass an ex post facto law..."

Is it a 'law' or an EPA 'rule'.

And is it a natural human being, or an "individual" or "person"?
