A 33-year-old man who has fathered 30 kids is asking the state of Tennessee to give him a hand with his child support payments. Desmond Hatchett is having a tough time making ends meet while working a minimum wage job and seeing half of his paycheck get split up between his 11 baby mamas. Incidentally, his score and 10 kids is a record for Knox County, and some of his kids receive as little as $1.49 a month once the money is divvied up. Hatchett last appeared in court in May 2009, when he had a paltry 21 kids to his name and said he had no intention of having more. Somehow, he found a way to add nine more to his legacy, so we're guessing he probably isn't done at 30.

The worst President of my lifetime.
In my opinion, the bad presidents in my lifetime rank like this (with worst at the top — higher on the list worse than lower on the list):
Obama
Clinton
Carter
LBJ
Nixon
Kennedy
Bush II
Bush I
In my mind, only Reagan doesn’t make the list of bad presidents, and the only reason Nixon beats out Kennedy is Kennedy wasn’t around long enough to evaluate completely. Also, I think that there’s evidence that Kennedy was less of a socialist than Nixon.
But anyway, LBJ is way down on the list. Each succeeding Democrat is worse than LBJ. In my opinion.
The important information is missing. What did the state reply?
One would hope that they'd have to stop laughing before they could respond. (Unfortunately, someone somewhere in the state welfare bureaucracy is probably looking for a way to help him out.)
