So I'm expected to pay 2.5 million AND stock the village with peasants? Ah, come on, it's not too bad; all you need to do is pull up to a home depot and yell "I need a dozen men" a couple of times...

I think this village is too far inland to berth the boat, so forget it. ;) On blocks in the yard...heck...its your chateau...heck...you own the village...dog sleepin' under it...bro-in-law workin' on it...a little slice of hillbilly paradise in Tuscany!
