Even if we can't get rid of Roberts, the Chief Justice position rightly belonged to Antonin Scalia anyway after Rehnquist. Please correct this situation.
I believe Roberts did America a big favor! We Conservatives have always bitched that the Liberal Judges legislate from their Flaming Benches!
