Michael Savage: Don't trust feds on flu shot
World Net Daily ^ | 1-14-13 | Michael Savage

Asking listeners to put aside his political orientation for a moment, talk-radio host Michael Savage questioned the federal government’s recommendation that citizens get a flu shot.

“Did Harry Reid take a flu shot? Did Barack Obama take a flu shot? Did Barack Obama’s lovely family take a flu shot? Did Joe Biden take a flu shot?” Savage asked.

“Which of the mandarins took the flu shot?”

He explained that he was talking specifically about vaccines and was not advocating the avoidance of all pharmaceuticals.

Known for his many books on herbal medicines, Savage acknowledged he has benefited from “an awful lot of life-saving regular medicines.”

“The Flu vaccine?” he asked. “No, I wouldn’t take it.”

Savage noted “not everything your government tells you is true.”

Cryptic response?

Did you really believe that an HBO program on Adams contained factual information?

We deal with mediot meddling in our lives daily here, but you now wish to believe the propagandists?

In this case, yes - the smallpox scene was historically accurate, which you can confirm on a number of historical websites. But, that’s not your point, I guess - you are disturbed that I supported Savage talking about the flu epidemic because there are far more serious problems facing the country, i.e., Barry Soetoro and his minions are trying to destroy the nation before our very eyes and we should spend not a bit of time discussing anything else. Correct?

No way!

I agree with Savage on this (and probably nothing else)

“Death from flu is usually due to complications that lead to pneumonia. “

That may well be the case for most human flu strains.

The big trouble comes when a hybrid human/animal flu gets going. The level of worry spikes when you start seeing evidence of swine flu or avian flu crossing with human flu.

The normal human flu kills the weak and infirm. The hybrid strains kill the young and strong, adults in their prime. The hybrid flu will provoke a massive immune response in the lungs, a cytokine storm, and you literally drown in your own antibodies.

The 1918 influenza was such a hybrid flu and it was extremely virulent. Children were known to have kissed their parents goodbye as they went to school, and when they returned home learned that they were orphans. It would kill that quickly. My own grandfather contracted it on an Army post and it nearly killed him. There were so many cases that it overwhelmed the medical staff and they brought in civilian volunteers to nurse the sick soldiers.

Many years ago a professor told our nutrition class that people who take vitamins have expensive urine.

If he was talking about ‘vitamins’ that are made by Pharma, or chemical companies, he was right.

If the source wasn’t something that was alive, it cannot help your body.
