Why don't you try providing a definitive quote where I state that I support "Hollywood Nazis" (your term), or where I say I support those who wish to destroy America and our values, hate America and blacklist Republicans and Conservatives in Hollywood? I'm still waiting...

He watched the Oscars last night and discussed it for the entire first half-hour of his show, and he's still talking about the Oscars. So to your logic, I guess Rush "supports" Commieland Nazis and their destruction of values since he watched the show last night.
Congrats on volunteering to help with FR fund-raising, although you'd be surprised how many FReepers who donate their hard-earned $$ to FR know you more for your holier-than-thou judgmental nastiness, rather than for your work with the FReepathons.

I think you'd better re-read the last two paragraphs I posted in 441. If many (perhaps hundreds) of former FReepers are no longer contributing to FR - because of nasty, judgmental FReepers like you - then just how successful have you been in producing funds via the FReepathons?

The long list of former FReepers (and former Freepathon contributors) that I know of are true conservatives, and most were long-time FReepers.
These good people are profoundly sad at how FR has changed over the past few years. They no longer post here (nor contribute) because they are sick of being abused by certain self-proclaimed "morally pure" FR cops, who apparently enjoy free reign here.

conservatives at some point. It is amazing to watch grown adults get all p*ssy when another conservative points that out. If you have cable television, you are backing the paychecks of Bill Maher and Chris Matthews...that’s just a FACT. Some people have more ‘willpower’ than others. Some conservatives are going to be annoyed by that...get a grip.
You have no idea if I actually "spend money on Hollywood" as you say, and you don't know what I spend (if anything) on cable TV.
I sleep well at night knowing I've brought MANY fund-contributing conservative FReepers to this site over my 12+ years here. There are certain holier-than thou judgmental, self-proclaimed FR cops here who have driven off many good fund-contributing conservative FReepers over the years. Kind of an uncomfortable fact.

That's NOT fact. Maher is on HBO.... which is a subscription service. I cancelled my subscription when they hired Bill Maher, and I wrote them a letter letting them know why.
I'm actually quite proud of the fact that, last year, I signed up for HBO's FREE monthly trial.. used that time to watch all of the Game of Thrones shows, then cancelled... I got to see the programming I WANTED, without sending them ANY money! :-)
As for Chrissy? Well, yes... I suppose my cable co does pay SOME money to MSNBC. But, I'm not giving up ALL of my cable TV just because that ass-clown is on one of the 999 channels. I don't watch him.

In the gulag you’ll be allowed to watch to your heart’s content all of the award ceremonies, the Oscars, Emmys, Grammys, Country Music (there are two of those each year, and tapes from all previous years will be available in the gulag library!) Some people cannot get enough of Mozart’s 41st Symphony, listening to it over and over again. If the award ceremonies are so great, as you assure us, why not watch them over and over again.
Regarding HBO...good for you. As for your cable? Appreciate your honesty...you don’t want to give up your cable TV...that’s your choice. Can’t control everything? I agree. My taxes pay for abortions. But I can deny money to the leftist entertainment industry, and I choose to do so. If people choose to criticize me for that; fine by me...that is their right...and vice-versa.
