I had a break in and a similar experience. Difficult to stand up to multiple cops who are making demands. But one must learn to do so. This is your property and unless they have a warrant, they can take a hike.

Yes, it fits.
Had to deal with them in personal life back in the 80’s.
The personnel they have rn the gamut from ‘Actually trying to do their job’ to ‘Full on gestapo wannabes’ with little more to do than make sure your kids get harmed which will then be blamed on you.

Does anyone know where the pic that started this was displayed? FB? Taken to school to show to friends?

Nappen (my lawyer) asked me for the dyfs workers name. she wouldnt give it. i asked for credentials and she wouldnt show em. i tried to take a pic of her and she turned around real fast and walked away. These "officials" respond to cameras like vampires respond to a crucifix. Best to have several. If you take a pic of one on your cell phone, IMMEDIATELY send it to a friend (or preferably your lawyer) before they have a chance to intimidate you into deleting it.
We really need an app which can be used to take a pic and send it to a pre-set destination in one click.

You’re going to see a lot more of this, if they can brainwash the children, the 2nd Amendment will me no more. You’re seeing more and more of these PC actions each day, from across the nation. This has got to stop.

I dont have a lawyer I can call in this kind of situation. Perhaps I should rectify that omission. I think I would opt for living in a free state. The only time a cop ever came to my house was over some trivial thing a couple of houses down the street. He came to my door and asked if I knew anything, which I didn't. We then talked about guns for a few minutes and I mentioned I'd recently shot a 10mm pistol. He then told me he'd just bought a Glock 20 and it was in his trunk. He then gets it and shows it to me and we chat a few more minutes before he heads out. That's the difference between the socialist hellhole People's Republic of New Jersey and Alaska.

I live in Florida and someone kicked the door in while we were out. My wife and kids arrived to find stuff in the drive way, front door wide open, and the alarm going off.
I gave the cops first pass on clearing the house but went thru it before letting my family back in.

He has a great case against the Union thugs.
No doubt their other actions have also been illegal.

Had that happen to me back in the ‘70’s. Came home and found a panel in my garage door kicked in. Went in the house and saw that the traverse door from the garage kicked in.
Went to my gun storage, hidden panel, and took out my shot gun, cranked a round, a pump, feet pounding upstairs, split level, no damage upstairs. Never had a break in after words. This was in Mass bye the way.
