Okay so running soviet weapons is just as bad as running U.S. weapons, but he said it was “treason”. How is it “treason”.
My guess is that it’s illegal, though I’m not sure of that.

Sniff, sniff... This whole episode starts smelling of exactly this kind of treachery. However, from his position of influence, IMO, Michael Reagan shouldn’t speculate that way without having something concrete to back it up.

No excuse. A drone (I don’t know if it was a Predator or a Global Hawk) orbited over the scene for hours without being bothered by MANPADs. A low-level supersonic pass by an F-16 would happen too fast for a MANPADS operator to react.

I really agree with you. I believe it’s wise to consider various scenarios, even some that seem especially sinister, but I’m not sure how wise it was for a man in his position to openly speculate about murder.
Why FBI on scene one month later and only for a short time? Is that enough to investigate four Americans murdered, including an Ambassador, and other injuries of the 30 odd people on the ground at that time?
Nobody can answer satisfactorily why the compound (OUR compound) was not secured immediately afterwards. How was that standard operating procedure?

There is no doubt about that part on our men (and women).
But remember they were/are under the command of our Pansy President, Commie Panetta, and Hilderbeast, and who knows who else (Tom Donilon? or he’s just the mop up guy?).
Normally I'd agree with that, but if the purpose was to take down Assad who is known to support terrorism, then it gets a little grey. There is a strategy that says get your enemies to fight each other. Not a strategy I'd normally advocate. But I doubt I'd lose any sleep over enemies fighting each other.
And the reason I asked the question, was the original post made it sound like "if" the weapons were Soviet it would be treason. Which didn't make any sense to me.
It is a possible reason. It’s also possible Obastard was playing games with the lives of our people in Libya to engineer an October Surprise, and the violent Muzzies surprised him by being, well, violent.
I want the Syrians to fight themselves to the finish, exhausted, to the last man.
But MANPADs to Al Qaeda will arrive in New York for use at JFK. Obambi miscalculated.
