Notice that the police thought it was great that they shot the sex video, but I doubt if they (police) would think it was so great if they had been taped themselves doing something.
Dittoes. If these sleaze-bags had any decency and common sense at all, they never would have had this all nighter with a beatdown and an arrest to follow.

Seems that this is a FR hung jury case, no pictures to determine guilt.

Agreed. But it does make you wonder how many guys are in jail because their sexual encounter with a hot chick wasn’t taped.
BTW, anyone convicted of making a false accusation should be sentenced to whatever they were trying to get they sent to jail for.

The allegation of rape is enough to convict. . .according to all radical feminists and academia hags and sexless males.
No. This isn’t about morals. It is about the law. The video exonerated them from a made up rape charge. We will see more and more of this as people begin to constantly shoot video to protect themselves from lawsuits or false charges.
