What else could the next American Revolution be; A third party?

Ok, NOW are you ready for a Third Party, a party with some fight... come out from among them and be holy, says the Creator to His people... DC is a hell hole filled with power hungry, slathering dogs, who's purpose is to sow discord "among the brethren" (read pre-Obama Americans) so as to ingratiate themselves and impoverish us.

DC is a corrupting influence and no man is immune... even some conservatives who've been lifted by the wings of the tea party are caving. If you're calling yourself a Republican but are disgusted by their lack of will to fight and even capitulate, then become this Third Party Movement... doesn't mean you can't vote for a Cruz for prez, but what it does mean; it will consolidate real political power for conservatism. As it is, conservatism's power is watered down and made ineffectual when deposited in the GOP. Just call it, The Conservative Party; youth fortified, more diverse, but wholly conservative, and upholding the Judeo-Christian beliefs as sacrosanct... our motto "freedom from tyranny"; arguing that tyranny comes from those in power and governments. Our goal is to limit the powers of Federal, State and Local governments, and restoring individual self determinism, property rights and reforming taxation, as a starting point.

Among our FIRST acts will be to limit the number of terms a member of congress can stay in DC. No man has the capacity to resist the corrupting influence of the seat of power in human government. SECOND will be the deconstructing of Federal Bureaucracies. THIRD will be to eliminate the IRS, ridding ourselves of the tyrant's hunting dogs.

What else could the next American Revolution be?... Hey Mark Levin, love ya brother, but if you want real change, ya gotta lead the next American Revolution, if you won't, someone else surely will!

Armed would maybe force an exodus of the less desired.

Levin is right on. But my only fear is if we start a third party millions of Americans lack the intelligence or the opportunity to learn what the party is and we get split votes between this party and the Republican party. We will lose elections. What we should do is clean out the RINO’s in our party and build the vote structure. Start with that ass McLame.

And our only real chance is with the States, as Levin is saying. The Federal Government is corrupt beyond any chance.

Like the dems, the GOP are becoming attractive to Soros and Soros type interests, having nothing to do with the interests of the American worker, or their business, but aiding and abetting an economic demise. Shocking is their the toleration for socialism, and funding it.

Cruz is terribly cool, but the Ron Paul forces are radical. I haven’t ruled out that the times call for radical. God be with us.

A new Party, seriously embarked upon would take one or two election cycles to reach the Presidency. It would have to be a real Conservative Party. I don[t know that enough conservatives have the politial stamina to stay with it that long. I suspect not.

Paul and Cruz are both necessary for a Conservative Party. Ronald Reagan is probably also necessary but I don’t think he is available. Bushes should be strongly discouraged.

We here in FR tend to intellectualize things.

But the truth of the matter is;
Most Americans just aren't on the same intellectual wavelength as we.

For over ten years I've watched, listened and partaken of many a discussion/argument that has come close to solving the problems of the world .... but the world wasn't listening ... and if it was, it couldn't understand what was being said.

Politics is words, not deeds and elections are a false sense of DOing something.

The reality is ... everyone understands a gun.

I know that's harsh ... but it's true.

Every soldier knows it, every cop knows it, every judge knows it, every politician knows it .. every ONE knows it.

Someone brandishing a gun is serious and the recipient of that experience is forced to respond SOMEhow.

America is not returning without bloodshed, and I think that's a fact.

OUR demise is; Do we want to shed blood for the good of posterity (THERE'S a word and a concept no one thinks too much about these days) ?

Posterity .. the founders understood and were so attached to it's reality, they killed and died and were imprisoned and bankrupted ...

FOR it .....

For US.

Now it's OUR turn.

A third party might survive, though puny and helpless, if suckled by a wolf for a few years, but it still wouldn’t be able to communicate effectively with sufficient numbers of voters.

About half the voters went with obama in the last two presidential elections. In what conceivable scenario would about half of them vote for a conservative third party?

Why not both? But third party forces some issues onto the Republican's plate so to speak... and like I said, a third party consolidates political power with conservatives, but won't preclude the third party from voting Republican if the strongest conservative candidate is a Republican.

Go the states route as Levin is prescribing and create a third party, even incorporate the two... however, a third political party is where you have a stated platform, a platform that will surely draw folks out of the two leading parties. It could become a revolutionary force for change.

“Ok, NOW are you ready for a Third Party, a party with some fight...”

I’m ready for a third party as long as it’s drawn from the ranks of the left. Let them split their efforts...except they don’t that much. If Conservatives have enough fight to form an effective third party, they have enough fight to take over the Republican party. If not for one, then not for the other.

“Among our FIRST acts will be to limit the number of terms a member of congress can stay in DC.”

All that will do is leave the reins of legislative power in the hands of the invisible bureaucracy that supports the members of Congress. They’d have to be limited too, if limits are to be imposed at all.

"About half the voters went with obama in the last two presidential elections. In what conceivable scenario would about half of them vote for a conservative third party?"

In the last Election I was told repeatedly on this site that I didn't know what I was talking about when I said Ohio is turning Blue. Yet when the dust cleared that is exactly what happened.

My area at one time was almost 80% Republican registration.

My wife just told me last night that all of our local public schools except for the High School are 100% Free lunch now and the High School is approaching 50% (I am told once it passes that mark it will automatically become 100% and they will no longer charge for the basic lunch)

Unemployment is High around here and under-employment (full time people only able to get part time jobs) is even higher.

Our area is now a breeding ground for new lifetime Democrats.

A third party will NOT "take root" around here.

The only way this situation changes is that we hit rock bottom and the "checks" dry up.

It would be nice to at least have a second party.

But knarf. The only people willing to take physical action in effective numbers are not on our side.
On our side, hardly anyone is willing even to quit financially supporting tyranny.
They talk a good game of liberty, self-reliance, and their American heritage, but they’re not going to risk any skin except by dropping eagerly to their knees.
Nobody would have to load the musket if they’d just lock the pocket. And if they did that, they’d forfeit their holy lifestyle.

The only way this situation changes is that we hit rock bottom and the "checks" dry up.

I know it's hopeless but I can't stop recommending that productive people go voluntarily, intelligently, and directly to "rock bottom." Then they don't have to pay income tax. Then the checks TO the government dry up. It can't do anything without our funding.

Tighten belt, work less and quit paying. That is the only practical solution. It's peaceful. It's legal. But it's SO inconvenient!

"People I’m talking Revolution here, you either die fighting or you die whimpering... God give us Revolution, I’ll be there."

Your premise is we start a third party. The problem is you've set yourself up to fail from the get go.

The Two Party system is aptly named. They will fight each other tooth and nail BUT they will work together to stop a third party from taking root.

If you REALLY want to change the system then Third Party is NOT it.

NO PARTY is the way. Destroy the two parties and scrap the system and then start over.

The time for "working within the system" is long passed...

Now is the time of the "reset button"...!

No parties, no politicians.

(BTW all you NSA Fartbags that are reading this, you can kiss my Rosie Red, White and Blue American A**...!)

The idea that a third party or a reformed Republican party will save us is a pipe dream. A majority of people in this country want to be ruled. They will fight tooth and nail to keep their chains and cannot be saved. The next revolution will come when traditional Americans realize that the only way to save ourselves from these people is to sever our political bonds and become different countries. The next revolution will be a split into two separate countries, and possibly a balkanization into several countries. If this does not happen the next revolution will be the total control of the state and the shift from a soft tyranny to a hard one.
