The charge is a felony because the Cassidy has a 2011 conviction for driving under the influence in Florida. He lives in Fort Lauderdale but is staying in upstate New York for a horse racing meet in Saratoga.
The 63-year-old "Partridge Family" star is free on $2,500 bail. He's due in Schodack Town Court on Sept. 4.

I am happy to hear that. I like his character on the show, but I doubt I have given any thought on the subject since I was maybe 10 years old. Time sure flies.

Sadly, I gotta confess that when I see a headline like that, I assume the next word is going to be "dies" or "died."
David has not aged well. I’d say that boy has “slept on the ground” too many times — or, its not just the years but also the miles.
