‘The Sarah Connor Chronicles’

I disagree.

In total PC nonsense they wussified John Conner and went over board with the two female leads.

Also it was dumb, Sarah Conner would run around complaining nobody would believe her about the robots from the future, but every time she would kill one, she would destroy all evidence of it. Take the thing on Oprah or something.

It’s not just the SCC, Sci-fi, Action/Adventure, Sword and Sandle, these genres have been totally ruined by the empowered fighting female cliche.

Over & over again in every movie/TV show now there’s no more Alpha males, instead we get the empowered fighting female!! Yep, that thin chick wearing tight leather and heals, who despite being only 89lbs can easily out perform and out fight her male counterparts.

All male (and especially white male) characters are now either wise cracking wusses or whiney Beeoctchs.

No Kirks, Mad Maxes, Steve Austins, Han Solos. We get Sarah Conner and Captain Janeway on steroids over & over.

That’s why Hollywood is losing money and many of these shows died, because once the “Wow! She is really hot, when is she going to be naked?” factor wears off, watching a 89lb waif beat up multiple 260+lbs guys gets pretty old, pretty fast

I don’t have to go to NY, I live in California, a state run by promoters of gender-bending madness. You know winter is coming when you see the leaves turn, and that the Apocalypse is close at hand when knuckle-heads run the earth.

Space hookers you say? I made 1.2 billion ISK running ghost sites and blew it all on strippers, Quaffe and blackjack in Jita.

The only one I did not mind seeing get the boot was Stargate: SGU. All the rest I thought were pretty well done.

Harsh Realm should be on the list. I think it was only given about 5 episodes before it was yanked.

Yes, and I suppose I should have taken that into account and tried season 3, but I didn’t bother. Then again even season 1 had its issues. It was OK, but not great.

...loved Fringe! I think it ended appropriately (although I would have continued to watch it for years).

I thought it ended too soon - was crushed when it ended. Didn't see it coming. And I would have continued watching it for years as well.

Ah, the '70s... and the Doublemint Twins.

The Bettys could be replicated today, but the screenplay writers wouldn't dare attempt that Gene/Jean character now.

‘Firefly’ needs to be on there about five more times.

Farscape and Dollhouse had good multi-season runs.
I like Stargate Universe. I’d like to add Babylon 5 Crusade.

Agreed.

SGU really wasn’t going anywhere. It only would have been a matter of time before they ran into those effing Replicators again. When you run out of ideas, re-hash everything...

Same for ST:Enterprise.

Firefly terrible, was like a space western

I b'lieve you've got it surrounded, friend. Except for the 'terrible' part.
