Phil Robertson (Duck Dynasty) makes controversial comments about homosexuality

A&E star Phil Robertson made several controversial comments in the latest issue of GQ, on newsstands Dec. 24.

When speaking to GQ, the “Duck Dynasty” dad spoke openly about his thoughts on homosexuality and various religious groups.

“It seems like, to me, a vagina—as a man—would be more desirable than a man’s anus. That’s just me. I’m just thinking: There’s more there! She’s got more to offer. I mean, come on, dudes! You know what I’m saying? But hey, sin: It’s not logical, my man. It’s just not logical.”

I’m not attracted to black women or to middle eastern women, although I find many white women and Asian women to be very attractive. Was I “born that way,” or did I learn those preferences through social and parental influence?

I don’t think they would tell the left to go to hell. I think they might encourage the left to turn away from hell and self indulgence. One of their sons (more than one really) was wild and not living right. They told him to choose his way and leave or submit to God’s way and be welcomed at home. He chose God’s way. It takes a whole lot of faith for a parent to turn a child away. Phil and Kay have a lot of faith.

Now they’ll face a test of their faith. Will they remain faithful or will they cave? Do they fear God and desire to glorify Him by obeying His Word, or will they fear men and desire men’s praises?

I pray their faith is genuine and they use the pulpit they’ve been blessed with to do what’s right.

It was only a matter of time before this subject would come up. Heck, if Phil is the genuine Christian he appears to be, he might’ve engineered the whole “controversy” because they’re sick of the loss of privacy. The fame might be having a bad effect on the kids or something. From what I’ve seen, Phil doesn’t do much that’s “accidental.”

I firmly believe that the reason they got this platform was that God provided them a way to share their faith with a lot of people. Sure....they’re offbeat. Exactly. Homosexuality implies a disjunction/dysfunction between one's body and one's emotions. The anus is not a sexual organ, and if some heterosexuals also engage in that sort of thing, it does not change the basic fact of the matter.

I think it is also a matter of aesthetics: to see a wedding cake with two men or two women on top, with all that it implies, is just goofy, it is bad taste. It is stupid.

What’s “controversial” about that???

Now THIS should be controversial but isn’t.

I have said for years — to friends and more than a few radio audiences — that the homosexual community wants the legal right to perform in public acts for which a heterosexual couple would — and should — be arrested for indecency.  If you’ve ever seen the images of how the queers in Frisco and New Orleans behave during their periodic “celebrations” of their “deathstyle,” it has already happened there.   The next two years will give the Nancy Pelosi crowd a chance to federalize their deathstyle.
 
I really don’t care HOW they got to where they are — recruited or via genetic predisposition — in their genitalia worship (and that’s what it is), I just don’t want them demonstrating their explicit sexual behavior in front of our kids and grandkids.  ADULT homosexuals have the same right as the rest of us to do nearly whatever they wish IN THE BEDROOM, where it belongs.
 
Why do I call it a “deathstyle?”  For over 20 years, my wife was a member of a well-known ladies chorus.  One of their first directors was a gifted musician who also happened to be openly homosexual.  He died a slow, agonizing death — at age 43 — of AIDS.  How “gay” could THAT be? Most homosexuals — many of whom have as many as several hundred unprotected encounters a year — ARE dead at an early age of HIV infections which explains why there are so few OLD homosexuals. And even that “protection” ain’t. With even the condom manufacturers admitting to a 20% failure rate, it’s akin to playing Russian roulette with your willie.

Bill Clinton’s CDC released figures a few years ago reflecting that fully 85% of all AIDS/HIV cases are
1. Active, non-monogamous homosexuals, (the largest subset)
2. Heterosexuals and bisexuals who have had sex with group 1 and
3. IV drug abusers who share needles.
(Kinda gives new meaning to Romans 6:23, doesn’t it?)
The remaining 15% are those who have contracted AIDS via other, non-sexual/non-drug means SUCH AS TRANSFUSIONS OF TAINTED BLOOD (which one homosexual “leader” on the West Coast URGED his fellow homosexuals to CONTINUE to attempt to contaminate in order to involve the straight community in the push to increase federal funding for AIDS research).

A recent episode had Phil taking his wife and daughter-in-law pig hunting. It was HILARIOUS...and at the end he shot a dressed a pig. I was waiting for how long it would take the animal rights whackos to start protesting. They’ll probably join up with the homos and try to get Eric Holder to confiscate Phil’s large swath of land!
