Just an opinion but I think attitude is more important to health, stamina and general survival than diet. Those who lived in hunter-gatherer tribes either had a git 'er done-take no prisoners attitude or they didn't last long.

When your attitude is positive your energy is up, your immune system works better and stressors have less affect on you.
