Sorry, not buying it..my wife delivered two children 9 lbs plus and there is NO WAY POSSIBLE no to know...

I could understand not knowing if the baby was wee one around 6 to 7 lbs...

not unusual...usually it is teenagers who had sex and then deny they are pregnant. I have seen this five times in 35 years of practice. Three did fine, one had a stillborn malformed baby (chromosome problem, not from taking medicine to abort), and one delivered at home, and the baby didn't breathe...family heard mom crying, so the family panicked, and instead of doing CPR on the infant, rushed to bring the bleeding teenaged mom to the hospital...but left the “dead” baby in the bed. No trauma to the baby, so there were no charges to the mom.

Sigh. That last one might have lived if she delivered at the hospital...

This is why you hear about women delivering in toilets and/or letting the newborn die: they are in denial and panic...

But I've seen it in two married women who had irregular periods and infertility who didn't realize they were pregnant until they got checked for an “ovarian cyst”...

ironically all these teenagers are often good girls, not sluts: The sluts use birth control and get abortions...

I don’t buy it.

She doesn’t look overly heavy at all - you cannot carry a 9+ pound baby without a great huge lump on the front of you. Even if she’s thick in the head, someone else would have noticed....never mind the movement of the baby.

You can’t be packing a 9 pound baby and not know you’re pregnant unless you are in denial.
