What happened 10-30 YEARS ago in Officer’s Wilson family seems much less relevant than what happened in a person’s life 10-30 MINUTES before the incident occurred in Ferguson. One is ancient family “history” - the other is an individual’s current actions. What crime did Wilson commit and have on his record? What crime(s) had the Gentle Giant committed on his rap sheet or school record? Compare apples to apples ... not apples to oranges.
