There are varieties of sushi that are either cooked or smoked. It’s not all raw.
Looks like I will have to try some cooked or smoked sushi
in the near future. Never had it so it will be a novel experience.
after watching the video, my mouth is watering for some sushi....there is a sushi bar 10miles down the road...make them fresh when you order....yummy...
