I just did a search using Google Images Matching algo.....and it found NO MATCHES!!!

this may well mean the photo had not as yet been posted on the web.
google image search can be relied to find something similar if it exists...and doesnt seem to miss find exact duplicates...

I see no basis for any argument here. Islam clearly does. If they were arguing that it does not teach that they are simply wrong. It does.
If they were arguing that it is a savage punishment that has no place in America that is a different thing altogether and is quite reasonable to argue about.

Read and learn - until a 'suspect' has been proven guilty in a court of law, he is "presumed innocent". Ever heard of that phrase?
Therefore, until they are convicted, they are "allegedly" guilty...no matter how obviously guilty they are - and if the press doesn't follow that rule, they can be sued, and/ the perp can get a change of venue becasue the 'press has tried them in the paper' - etc etc.
