All over the internet recently, sciFy vs. reality and a Mars satellite for petty cash:

That breaks the monopoly. Faced with the spectre of other nations publishing uncensored Mars images, NASA and JPL have started publishing some much more obvious images than they have in the past including a totally uncensored video (JPL) showing large-scale structure.

They prance around pretending to be Rambo, that is why the pubic give then grief.
(Think of the lunacy: Everybody on the AirBase has been Frisked and X-rayed by The RAF Regiment, Think: SF with a smile. And there's these prawns walking around like Rambo. I'm more comfortable with the US Marines on site walking around with guns than our Police morons.)
When they are all facing in the same direction you know it is real, and move safe distance.
Central London has had an armed contingent for years, floating around posing for the tourists.

It must be Thursday. I want to get the dishes done before Shawn comes, because he does such a lousy job...he doesn’t rinse them, and the soap residue makes me sick.

When he leaves, I have some running to do. My computer is done, and back, so I will restore this one and take it back to exchange it. I also need to get my phone, and then stop at Walmart to get a prescription the doctor gave me for a pain killer that won’t make me bleed internally.

What fun.

My mornings this week have all been BUSY and I’m worn out from it. I’m not used to doing things like errands, every day. I try to rest a day in between.

We’re going to the shoot this time, N-t-i. If you’re able to come in June, we can meet up and chat, family to family. That would be nice.

My horrible chemo (six sessions of hair-destroying, ulcer producing, perpetual stomach ache-causing drugs, two of them) will be all
over by then, but I will continue on with the cancer-gene-suppressing drug, which has a LOT fewer side effects, until early December
2015.

Then I’m all done with chemo.

Still attempting to make a plan for attending shoot. Regrettably, (you know first) plan is not going well. Side issues and certain demons are on the loose around the plan. My prayers will be with you and all those attending if I and Better Half are unable to attend this year's shoot. Have been praying for a break about June but things (at this time) look impossible and while desiring to be at the shoot and then a side trip further out west ... May have to postpone till a time later. {{HUGS}} TOL and please say hello to yours from and for I and Better Half. Frustration but will not succumb as know neither will you and yours.
