So he works there, had the procedure there.... Sounds like a coworker pulled a prank on him. Guy can’t take a joke. Maybe that was just their way of saying there was nothing wrong, he’s “in the pink.”

As long as he didn’t share the pipe, sharing the undies is not too bad.

I can’t stop laughing. I’d pay $50 to see the expression on his face when found out.

I walked back to another room and dressed myself. I never heard of office staff dressing the patient after a colonoscopy.

I don’t suppose it would have sufficed to say: “Someone put the wrong underwear on me.”

Nitsche wrote his client is seeking compensation for mental anguish, lost wages and loss of earning capacity What's that? 50 cents plus 100K$ lawyers fees?

The lawsuit, which also names the Eden Hill Surgical Group of Dover, alleges Walls suffered "severe emotional stress," and Nitsche wrote his client is seeking compensation for mental anguish, lost wages and loss of earning capacity First: the guy could use a sense of humor. I doubt that he actually woke up in public. So most likely only he and the person that dressed him saw him in pink panties.
Second: if he had not filed this suit no one but himself and the prankster would be aware of his embarrassment unless the prankster put pictures up on his Face Book page. So if this impacts his earning capacity he has no one to blame but himself.
Third: this prank was probably not an act sanctioned by management. Why sue your employer if you are worried about your earning ability?

Sounds like coworkers did it as a joke, but not knowing his relatinoship with others it might not have been quite as funny to him as they meant it, or it might have been “workplace bullying”, which we all know during this administration is much worse than “workplace violence”, which is the go to term instead of terrorism.
