On CNN Tuesday night, activist and former Obama green jobs czar Van Jones and television and radio host and author of “Hands Off My Gun” Dana Loesch discussed the latest Palin-bashing extravaganza the media is currently wallowing in. During the festivities, Van Jones let it slip that maybe Sarah Palin wasn’t as dumb and worthless as Democrats have tried to paint her for every second of every day since the moment she took the national stage. He opined:
“Sarah Palin .. people forget. She had the Democratic party shaking in our boots in 2008. She came out, she gave that speech at the convention. That was, hands down, one of the best convention speeches - not by a woman, by anybody in 2008. People were running for the hills.”
Loesch immediately pointed out that the narrative in 2008 was that Palin was too dumb to be considered for office, and that the conventional wisdom everyone was supposed to buy, that she brought the ticket down, didn’t match Van Jones’ characterization. But Van Jones had an explanation for that. They were just liars.
“Now it can be told! Now it can be told! We were scared!”

In a recent statement, Michael Brown’s mother asked that her son not be part of self-serving business or political actions as she pleaded that he be remembered for the good. A reported assault and theft this past weekend may dramatically underscore that sentiment. It happened Saturday night, October 18th, at about 8:15 pm in the parking lot of Red’s BBQ. It`s the corner of Canfield and West Florissant, just blocks from where Michael Brown was shot and killed. Police sources tell us Brown`s Grandmother, Pearlie Gordon, along with Brown`s Cousin Tony Petty, were selling t-shirts and other Michael Brown merchandise.... [snip]

According to the Media Research Center, on the big three network evening news shows there have only been 25 stories on the midterm elections. The time period in question is from September 1st to October 20th. If you watch ABC News, you might not even know there is a midterm election coming up. They haven’t run a single story on the midterms. Compare this to 2006 when, during the same period, the big three networks ran 159 stories. Those who claim there isn’t a left-wing media bias will have a hard time explaining why the networks ran so many stories... [snip]

***SNIP*** The Globe and Mail newspaper, citing a friend of 32-year-old Michael Zehaf-Bibeau, reported that the gunman knew Hasibullah Yusufzai, a British Columbia resident who was charged by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in July with traveling to Syria with the intent of joining a deadly jihadist group. Yusufzai remains at large despite an international arrest warrant being issued for his capture. ***SNIP***

Elected law enforcement officers from Nephi to Blanding call him an arrogant and dishonest bully who has little regard for local authority and dodges accountability, derailing a collaborative approach to police work on the state’s federal lands.
Love reportedly just laughed when Garfield County Sheriff James “Danny” Perkins relayed ranchers’ complaints about federal officers removing plastic feed tubs from the range and threatening the ranchers with litter citations. [snip]
I wonder how many other machines do the same thing .. it’s just that nobody has bothered to check them.
And .. it’s no wonder Cook County is always a dem winner.
Back in 2012, one woman mentioned that her machine did the same thing, switched her vote to ‘democrat’. Too isolated an incident to make big news over at the time. Reid’s senate race was also riddled with voting machine ‘malfunctions’.
Best I can remember off the top of my head.
