One of my favourite Twitter parody accounts is @TheTweetOfGod .
It's cheeky, irreverent, has over 1.6 million followers - and an unnerving ability to hit the proverbial nail on the head. Last night, it addressed the mounting Bill Cosby scandal with this tweet:
‘The rape allegations against Bill Cosby are a classic case of he said/she she she she she she she she she she she she she she said.’
Ain’t that the truth?
The total number of women who have claimed Cosby drugged and raped them is now 15. (The actress Janice Dickinson being the latest, yesterday.)

If we assume that all the incidents did happen, then in some of the cases, at least, he set a pattern of being a serial rapist.
I think some of these girls innocently got in over their heads, while others ‘knew’ what might happen but kept coming back.
It’s not like he had to go out and kidnap these women. They came PREPARED to spend the night, according to several of the ‘victims’. One admitted she was ‘high’. Most admitted they drank alcohol, even though they were underage. Why were they even allowed to be with him alone ? Where were the parents ?
As always, the real question is why is this headline news NOW ?

Cosby settled out of court with her when about 10 or 13 more women were willing to testify to his methods, like Juanita Broaddrick for Paula Jones.
The DA in the case was convinced he raped her.

This is claimant #7. Therese Serignese, Florida Nurse, 1976 claim of ‘rape’
She also had a multi-year relationship with him.
She also had sex with him many times.
She is trying to claim that NONE of the sex was ever consensual...
Hmmm.

I would say he made me take drugs. I really don’t think that I ever had consensual sex with him, ever. It was an intimidation thing; it was a vulnerability. I put myself in the wrong place many times and then I paid the consequences.”

You spoke of google, it is easy to find out why this story resurfaced from 2005 and 2006 and the late 90s when it didn’t get the legs it got this time.
Some factors came together and a huge mistake by Cosby as he was trying to publicize a big new launch.
Your posts are getting weirder and weirder.
The DA has no way to know if she was raped or not. NONE.
THAT WAS WHY HE DID NOT BRING CHARGES.
If she had come forward when the ALLEGED drugs were in her system, then there would have been evidence.
If she had come forward when there may have still been DNA evidence on her, then there would have been evidence.
As it is, she failed to take any action UNTIL she filed a civil suit for A LOT OF MONEY !
Money claimant #2 is Tamara Green.
She didn’t say anything until THIRTY YEARS LATER.
Now this woman is a lawyer. She knows that the time for her bringing a case has long since prescribed.
There is no evidence in her case either.
Shoot, they would even be lucky to find a witness that saw them together that day THIRTY YEARS LATER.
Here is what she had to say the DA was saying about your ‘credible’ case:
“But when I heard it reported that the district attorney had said that the story was weak, that she had not come forward in a timely fashion, that was for me them saying that they were not going to file the case. That they didn’t believe her. It was at that time I decided that if there were only two us, one a long time ago and one right now, then that’s two too many.”
Sorry you think so. Maybe you shouldn’t answer them.
#5 Beth Ferrier was also in a six plus month relationship with Cosby.
Yet another on/off relationship.
I AM NOT BUYIING HER STORY EITHER.
This article says:
“Ferrier, then separated from her college sweetheart, divorced in 1985 and, she says, began an on-and-off consensual affair with Cosby that lasted several years. “He kept luring me in,” she says. “I felt like I couldn’t say no.”
and
“None of the women ever contacted police with their stories,
either at the time of the alleged assaults
or in the years leading up to Constand’s revelations,
and two of the five women reached by PEOPLE allowed Cosby to pay part or all of their travel and/or living expenses for some time.
Three accepted cash from him years after the incidents, and two even went on to have consensual relationships with him.”
I really think that a couple of these women were naïve.
But I’ll bet the majority were not. Scorned...perhaps, naïve...no.

I heard a comedienne say something similar about Johnny Carson today. That off camera he was a pretty nasty individual.
Perhaps so. I have not read all of the claims.
They seem to all have had serious drug and alcohol problems.

Cosby paid for her to travel to see him.
They had dinner.
He ‘gave her a glass of red wine and a pill’. (Guess she just fell of her wagon)
claim is:

“Janice Dickinson’s story accusing Bill Cosby of rape is a lie. There is a glaring contradiction between what she is claiming now for the first time and what she wrote in her own book and what she told the media back in 2002. Ms. Dickinson did an interview with the New York Observer in September 2002 entitled “Interview With a Vamp” completely contradicting her new story about Mr. Cosby. That interview a dozen years ago said “she didn’t want to go to bed with him and he blew her off.” Her publisher Harper Collins can confirm that no attorney representing Mr. Cosby tried to kill the alleged rape story (since there was no such story) or tried to prevent her from saying whatever she wanted about Bill Cosby in her book. The only story she gave 12 years ago to the media and in her autobiography was that she refused to sleep with Mr. Cosby and he blew her off. Documentary proof and Ms. Dickinson’s own words show that her new story about something she now claims happened back in 1982 is a fabricated lie.””
Now I don’t trust attorneys. So we would need to see some proof of that. But perhaps those writing still exist somewhere?

Also stayed with him after alleged ‘rape’

All told, she took him for $10,000 !
Now she is saying:
“Now, Serignese has a message for Cosby.
‘I’m gonna say to Bill Cosby. You do owe me an explanation for why you did this to me,’ she says.
‘I want an apology. I want you to apologize for hurting me. I want you to apologize for taking advantage of me.’”
Hmmm
SHE TOOK HIM FOR $10,000 !
She is NOT credible.
And a DA with a CREDIBLE case brings the case to court and gets a conviction.
The DA had no evidence.
He had the testimony of this woman. That was all.
And her credibility is seriously undermined by failing to report the case to the police while the (alleged) material evidence would have still existed.

The Denver-area native—who first told her story to Philadelphia magazine in November—was an 18-year-old model and aspiring actress in 1985, when her agent Jo Farrell arranged for her to meet Cosby. "It was overwhelmingly exciting," remembers Bowman, whose first meeting with Cosby took place at a comedy club in Denver. "He questioned me quite extensively about my personal history, my relationship with my father. My father abandoned me when I was 14." She says now, "In hindsight I look back and I realize what he was doing. He was getting information of where my vulnerabilities lay." In that first meeting, she claims Cosby gave her an acting exercise that struck her as disturbing: "He wanted me to imagine fully that I was inebriated, that I was out of control, drunk or drugged.... He wanted me to just slump in my chair, and he wanted my limbs to be limp, and he would whisper in my ear what he wanted." After Farrell arranged for her to move to New York City, Cosby continued to mentor her and even introduced her to costars Phylicia Rashad and Lisa Bonet. "I trusted him totally," says Bowman's mother, Pat Hubbard, 68. "Who wouldn't trust and love Dr. Huxtable?"
It was in a hotel in Reno, claims Bowman, that Cosby assaulted her one night in 1986. "He took my hand and his hand over it, and he masturbated with his hand over my hand," says Bowman, who, although terrified, kept quiet about the incident and continued as Cosby's protégé because, she says, "Who's gonna believe this? He was a powerful man. He was like the president." Before long she was alone with Cosby again in his Manhattan townhouse; she was given a glass of red wine, and "the next thing I know, I'm sick and I'm nauseous and I'm delusional and I'm limp and ... I can't think straight.... And I just came to, and I'm wearing a [men's] T-shirt that wasn't mine, and he was in a white robe."
A month or two later, she was in Atlantic City and says she was given another glass of red wine and felt "completely doped up again." Confused, Bowman somehow made it back to her room, but the next day Cosby summoned her to his suite. After she arrived, Bowman says, Cosby "threw me on the bed and braced his arm under my neck so I couldn't move my head, and he started trying to take his clothes off. I...................

Don Lemon told one of the accusers she could have bit Cosby and not have had to give him oral sex. I wish she would have asked him “Have you ever done that?”
As I understand it, many of these allegations go back years. Why have these women waited until now to come forward?
Because they never thought anyone would believe them, they didn’t want to accuse such a famous man, they felt responsible (for being alone with him, taking pills, etc), didn’t want to describe what happened, etc. They were going to take it to their graves, but then when 3, 8, 12 women come forward, CLEARLY IT HAS AN EFFECT ON THE PUBLIC. So they feel believed and safe.
This is the lady that went to Gloria Allread. Even Gloria wouldn’t take her case.
That says a lot about her lack of credibility if even a notorious lawyer like Gloria will not take the case.
Cosby was 40 and she was 19 and he fed her some date rape drugs and raped her. Do you deny this?
How would you feel if this was your daughter? Or If she was your wife who told you years after it happened.
