And also, we must also face it that Tebow was just OK in a league that needs great out of the gate (watching Manziel EXACTLY reminds me of Tebow).

The Browns were doing well until Josh Gordon came back. The problem was the field goal kicker, who cost the Browns a few games.

Most teams figure out how to get better as the season progresses. It must be a Cleveland thing to get worse.

I agree that making judgments so early isn’t fair. There was another quarterback who was awful in his first NFL start. Johnny Unitas. He turned out ok. That being said I never thought Manziel was going to make it.
