I had a friend that fed about thirty raccoons daily. I even fed them for her when she was gone, but I told her it wasn’t a good idea since they were dependent on her. They were families that were teaching the little ones that to eat you go to Marcia’s house around 6PM. Sure enough, she got another job and had to move, and she’s worried about the raccoons. I had to say I told you so.

I had a pet skunk and a pet armadillo when I was a kid. I found them as orphans.

I only got to within about 100 yards of the Grizzly, while the German got to within 20 yards. I felt like 100 yards was too close ... You only had to outrun the German ...

Now you have a good point. Some people just do not understand that “Wild” Animals are WILD and will hurt/eat you.
Stay safe, it’s not a petting zoo, and they did not sell you little packs of food to feed wild animals!!!
