This Texas police officer is accustomed to making traffic stops, but hes never been through one like this one.

When I was in college I made a car commercial for an advertising class. The tagine was that the car was fast...maybe too fast and the video showed me in the car being pulled over. It was arranged with a cop I knew. Should I now go to jail?

I had a real problem with the idea of cops pulling over random people to give Christmas presents. The right to detain me isn’t a power given lightly nor should it be used that way.
This is different. This isn’t the police state abusing their discretion. It’s her boyfriend presumably soon to be fiancé. If she objects, she can take it up with him, not ‘the system “.
I personally wouldn’t play on the emotions of my hopeful fiancé like that, but whatever. (Although I would darn sure pull over a kid with a new permit...)
